As a doordash driver this Wendy's is awful! The instructions tell you to pick up the order inside but the door is ALWAYS locked! When we called to see if they could bring it to the door for us they told us NO you have to wait in the drive thru. As a customer the wait is ridiculous for subpar food. The burgers are always bland and the fries are rarely crispy. Overall this Wendy's is awful go to medina or strongsville instead!!!

Closes lobby early. Then you get stuck in the drive through for half an hour and no one will pick up the phone.

We had to try the brand new Loaded Nacho cheeseburger with the queso fries, and the pumpkin spice frosties, all were delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be getting again in the near future.Wendy's ice cream, minus the chocolate of course, is safe for your fur babies.
