The pizza was very cheesy and it's pretty good overall. Good customer service. But only giving a 3 star by comparison to its competitors. As I would give Marcos a 4 star review, and the Ice House a 5 star review based on specialty pizzas. Tanos prices are reasonable and the food is good. Just not the top tier of puzza joints in Bryan, Ohio.

My experience with Tano's Bryan: Will never go back again. Extremely difficult to get ahold of them or reach out if order was not delivered. The owner is extremely rude if you bring a concern to her attention, privately, and then she goes on to continue to be publicly rude to you, and unapologetic about it. Highly unprofessional. Btw, DoorDash does not deliver their orders, Tano's driver delivers the orders using the DoorDash platform. So if the order goes undelivered, you are still charged. Tano's owner and DoorDash do not take responsibility for it. DoorDash will tell you, "good luck getting a refund from them" as though they have a reputation for it. While the owner tells you, "DoorDash is responsible for it, not me". So, this is what happened to me. A fight on both ends for a refund of no delivery of services. And, no apology from either party. Sorely disappointed in both parties. Will not go back again. Food is mediocre at best anyway. Update: DoorDash finally agreed to refund the money after quite the run around from both parties. Thank you to DoorDash for resolving the issue. As you can see below, the owner is, well... not my concern. Wish her the best and hope she figures things out for the best interest of her business. She does make it sound as if I have ordered from Tano's Bryan for some time. I have not. I'm a veteran and moved back here fairly recently after many years. I have attempted a small handful of times to order from Tano's, but only once have they answered my call following my attempts. I have only received one order from them. It's a headache to order there, so I usually go elsewhere as a result anyway. It goes without saying though, if there are other orders they have apparently sent to me which I have not received, I presume they billed me then as well. As far as I'm concerned, she can keep the unearned money. I'd rather not deal with the headache. All we wanted was a simple (and friendly) apology for any misunderstanding and a resolution for our order that we never received yet were billed for anyway. Strange how anyone would find that an unreasonable request... If the refund comes from elsewhere, perhaps politely direct your customers on how to proceed. Instead we had the run around from both parties and a very unkind owner to add to the headache of it all. Very disappointing. There's a great new pizza place in Defiance that has opened and is exceptional. The owner is friendly to the customers and cares about the product. We will be passing over Tano's Pizza for good and going where the customers are treated kindly.

The food here has never dissapointed me, and the quality has been spectacular every time! The pizza, calzones, and chicken are all extremely tasty, and when I order from this restaraunt it always feels like I'm treating myself! So yummy!The staff have always been friendly, and they all appear to be working very hard! Go get 'em guys! When I place an order online it always seems to be done before the estimated pickup time, and when I pick up my order there's never any confusion or misunderatanding (can't say the same for all online ordering experiences from other restaraunts). Their on ther "A Game" and give me the right order every time.Parking: Parking lot is VERY small, with only about 7-9 spots available. However, I've never had any issue finding a spot. I can imagine it being more difficult in a larger vehicle, though (I drive a little 2-door Honda Civic). There is a drive-thru available, which I'm sure would be preferable to parking if you're driving a pickup truck or minivan or anything of that general size.

The first time I tried this place was 7 years ago and I was extremely disappointed. Today I decided to try it again. WOW what a difference. If you remember going to the pizzaria restaurants in the 70's and the high quality and great flavors, then this is what you are looking for. The in store service was warm and inviting and amazingly helpful. It of course has new owners since 7 years ago and they take great pride in the product and service they provide. I can say this, I only know of about 2 places that have pizza like this anymore and neither of them are located in Ohio.Vegetarian options: They offer cauliflower crust and gluten free
