Much, much better staff now. To the guys that was working tonight, our food was better than it's been in years and the man at the counter tonight was friendly and courteous. Very pleased with our experience tonight, much thanks!
Staff was busy,yet very friendly. Definitely could use some change. Pizza was made fresh and was hot and looked great. Tasted awesome! This was our first pizza from Bucyrus and it was perfect! Great job to the staff.

Pizza was hot and tasted great but no one ever answers the phone literally watched the employees straight ignore it. The app for ordering never let's me get past putting my credit card details and seems u have order and I always wait 20 30 mins before it being done this place has went down hill
