This is a decent taco bell...quality of food is decent, employees & customer service are decent, cleanliness of this location is decent including the outside of the business, speed of service is also decent. I go to this taco bell & columbiana's location when I'm in the mood for tacos.Parking: There's quite a few spots for parking, haven't seen the lot so full there were no other spots to park in. The drive thru however gets congested & sometimes there is quite a line & a wait time.Kid-friendliness: No play place or really anything for kids to do to keep occupied. Not even outdoor seating.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors so wheelchairs easily can enter the business, I also believe they have a couple tables that are wheelchair accessible. :)

Very disrespectful.Today is 12/06/2023 and this happened between 8pm an 8:20pm.I walked in the store the employee at the register looked at me then walked away.She said nothing,no greeting at all,a customer walked in after me they also said nothing to her but gave her order.A second customer walked in they said nothing to him a few minutes later they gave him his order.They had to be doordashers then I asked about my order being that no one said anything to me as of yet.Thats when I was asked to wait a little longer with no exact time stamp.The employees are rude they do not greet you and act as if you're not there.The work ethic Toco Bell practices are sub-par,your employees customer service is for lack of a better word is upsetting.If you have integrity you will re-train employees to properly serve the public and discuss how their job sucks in-front of us or express it in their lack of communication and customer service...YOU SHOULD HOLD YOUR EMPLOYEES AT A HIGHER STANDARD.SECRET SHOPPERS WOULD WOK WONDERS IN RESHAPING THE ATTITUDE OF SAID TOCO BELL EMPLOYEES...

I order a burrito once and asked for no cheese they put cheese not a big deal but I did it again asked no cheese there's cheese this happened 5

Store has over charged me for my meal every time i have come told us the past few times the pice doesnt change with freeze or without and found out today it does. Manager refused to fix the issue and also refused to let me speak to the store manager for the issues do not come here and if you do watch to make sure ur charged right.
