This store is usually excellent! However, last night, Thursday February 22 around 9 pm we went through the drive through for a deluxe fish sandwich. This sandwich was absolutely gross. I don’t know how long it had been sitting but the bun was wet, the cheese was dried out and the fish stone cold. Unfortunately, I couldn’t turn around and go back. I did go back today to get a couple of roast beef sandwiches for lunch. After paying I told the woman at the window want happened and to please let the manager know. She basically blew me off. No, I’m so sorry! Very disappointed!

Long story short I got ignored at bw3s so I came here instead. Not only was the customer service good(maybe my dog helped) but they also gave her some roast beef as a treat. Very thankful for the personal touch but especially without them knowing why I came there in the first place. Thank you.
Cambridge Ohio one was great...fast service good food....in and out quickly...the staff was great compared to the many we've been to in the area.very attentive to customers great service keep it up!!
