First time for hubby. Staff was very patient while I explained how to order. They were wonderful explaining what all his options were. The portions were perfect. It was a bit more than wr pla ned in spending, but well worth it ??

I went to my local Chipotle and the worker there was rude to me and threw rice in my bowl. Then, a different worker said "steak!!" instead of chicken which is what i asked for, and really confused me. Finally, it stunk really really bad in the bathroom.

I pulled off I-70 to find something for dinner, and had no idea there was a Chipotle in Cambridge. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. The gentleman taking my order understood the assignment when I asked for extra of my favorite toppings. The service and quality of food I received was a wonderful ending to an otherwise rough day.

Excellent service! The cool, salt-and-pepper haired man who dished our food gave us nice portions, including a nice big portion of fajita veggies. You sir, are a hero! ♂️This was also one of the cleanest Chipotle locations that we have ever visited. The woman with a nose ring was cleaning all of the tables, refilled the napkins, straws and lids while another woman emptied all 6 trash containers. They made sure everything was very clean. We go to Chipotles all across the nation and that's the most cleaning we've ever seen being done at a Chipotle. Thank you, ladies! You are both heroes! ♀️ ♀️

Waited 15 mins in line for a 2/3rds filled bowl. I would've thought the extra toppings I paid for would've at least filled it all the way...

Severely understaffed, has a line of 15 people with one worker on the customer line while another makes to go orders slowly. 3 workers in the entire place at lunch time on a Saturday. I understand people call off but get some managers in here.

This visit was on 7/12/23 @ 9:00pm. Manager was mean and was intimidating. Didn’t intimidate me but glared at me waiting for me to decide what I wanted on my bowl and a salad. The other server was pretty much the same way. This also affected the other employees and customers. No greetings, no smiles, and communication was minimal. This isn’t my first experience with this manager. She really needs to be held accountable how she runs this store. Unless Chipotle is ok with it.

Amazing quantity, decently cleaned, but horribly slow.Three workers, one making orders, one only doing online orders and one working the grill. So the line moved super slow. However the server gave out ridiculously large portions.

I ordered chips & salsa with a bowl. The chips were very stale. I took them back & they said all the bags were from the same batch. They gave me another bag & they were terrible. No refund or apology. Will not return.
