The app and website won't let you order online. I called, and nobody answered the phone. I went to their location and there a sign on the door that says they're "closed until further notice due to building demolition nearby." That's fine, I get it, you can't control that. However, you CAN leave a message on your phone for people calling instead of letting it ring forever. You can also update your Google page so people will know you're closed!

This franchise hasn't updated their crust or sauce, the pizza was covered in sauce which made it floppy, and my very small order was delayed by a good 15 minutes.Only reason for 2 stars was because they appeared to be short-staffed.

I normally enjoy their Pizza and it's reasonably priced.. that being said I ordered to Brooklyn style pizza tonight one with pepperoni and pineapple in the pizza was literally stuck to the bottom of the pizza box!! You cannot even grab a slice without it all falling apart and I also asked for light sauce and it's smothered in it!!!??? This will probably be the last time I ever order from here again.. by far the worst Pizza have had in a long!!!

These guys always make our day special for me, my wife, and my kids. They'll write cute jokes and stuff on the boxes and they never fail to put a smile on our face. They're a literal slice of heaven and we will always be loyal customers ❤️

No light up sign on building compounded the issue finding it.The $3 tip for picking it up would not show up on two separate attempt over the following week and customer service was a computer that couldn’t recognize and wasted my time.They did help the local family shop get two order though so they did do some good.
