Whoever the lady is working on the shift for noon today was absolutely absurd. There is every right to be anxious and overwhelmed but to just be absolutely rude and telling customers how anxious and overwhelmed she is. Has no understanding on how multitask. It's not the customers fault. It's poor management. Then she complained th whole time about the online orders, which can be stressful but again should not be complaining to where customers are walking out the door. She was rude to customers and was not helping making subs. I think she's the team lead or something but absolutely just inappropriate and not professional.

I stoped in to get a nice lunch meal and i would gladly say the employees were amazing and super friendly despite being in a terrible lunch rush with only 2 people the line was to the door but they worked so hard and busted out the whole lobby whail also making online orders these ladies are the real deal best location in town fore sure.

Very cold in restaurant! Server with pink hair not tied back and flipping around over food! Not to mention the dirty box fan sitting on counter beside workers blowing dirt hanging on front of fan and blowing the servers pink hair all over her head and probably in the food!! Disgusting!!

Ordered the new Monster sub. Was less in the sub than a regular steak and cheese. If I wanted to just taste a loaf of bread I would have just ate a loaf of bread. Never fills the subs with toppings.

Fast and friendly enough food is what it is. Nothing exciting. Sheets I think has better subs now.

Went there at 10 am an hour after their posted opening time of 9 am. It was disappointing to say the least tried to order a meatball sub they didn't have them ready yet they only had one bread to pick from because the rest were not ready. At checkout they had no cookies baked yet. Even though I seen three employees two of which was just standing around talking.I ordered it toasted and drove straight home a 5 minute drive and meat was ice cold. Very disappointing

I love their sweet onion chicken teriyaki subs.
