On the 21st I went in for lunch and as usual being nice, however this day Gracie asked me as I was eating if I'd like a drink. Well sure... I got it and she placed her number on it. Or I thought. I messaged it a few hours later and now her man won't stop texting and messaging me making threats. Thank you Gracie.

Using the Taco-Bell app I placed an order at 10:45. I drove to the store to pick up the food. I waited in the parking lot for the food to be made. I go though the drive though at 11:10. The person running the drive though asked if everything was right and it was on the drive though display. The shift supervisor meets me at the window to tell me they couldn't make my food because it was after 11:00 and they no longer serve breakfast. They then offered to make other food at the window. I didn't want other food I wanted my money back. I was told the app has a phone number on it. I haven't found a support number to call on the official taco bell app even the day after. I asked to go into the store to have the shift supervisor show me the number on the app. They couldn't help me get the number for the taco-bell app. I go outside to find the number on the app it could not be found. Go back in after looking for the support number to get a normal support number. I ask for a normal support number and I'm told that I have to find the support number on my phone. I then ask for the food offer at the window they couldn't do that anymore. I ask to speak to the GM she said the same thing that the shift supervisor said to me. This store has lazy supervisors that knew they messed up and refused to give me the normal support number to make an issue report on the store. Worst customer support coming from supervisors. Still trying to get my refund.

Service was non existent Food was disgusting lettuce was frozen in a clump inside the taco. Asked no let no tom..guess what? Loaded with let and tom. And they didnt add sour cream as modified. The meat was all on one inch at one end of taco. Overall it ruined me for bothering to ever eat taco bell again. And we were fans. And had to go back up and explain we were only given half the food we ordered...why bother with kiosk ordering if they arent going to read it anyway?Dietary restrictions: They DID NOT provide food as ordered

Portion sizes seem to be getting smaller. The last two beefy burritos barely had any meat in them. Also not sure why but the last Gordita crunch and chalupa I got were not really toasted on the outside.

Time to fix the ice machine. 3 times in a row now that it was said our drinks didn't have ice because the ice machine was down. If the ice machine is that bad... time to buy ice and throw it in the freezer.

Amazing staff! Went on my lunch break which is of course chaotic and busy. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous despite being completely swamped. I have not been to a dining establishment let alone fast food with such great customer service since before covid. Greet job team!!!
