Hey! Enuff wit crappy reviews! Saturday Lamb, pork ribs, or chicken dinners are the. Best. In. Youngstown. Patsy's has been a neighborhood institution for over six decades. Though nearly all of the surrounding bars and restaurants have long been shuttered (like Aulisio's Fish Market and the old Castle Restaurant), Patsy's is still thriving. The food is classic bar food reminiscent of the time when families used to go to the local bar to eat. Order the hot sausage with fries and a beer.
