Chantilly berry cake was so delicious and the cake itself was like velvet! It was the best tasting cake the whipped topping was sweet but not over powering. Everyone loved it!Thank you!

I had ordered a dairy free cake for my girlfriend (who is lactose intolerant) and she wanted a edible image of a meme for her birthday cake. I explained all of this when I made the order. The lady who I talked to was nice and was straight forward with me that she had only made a dairy free or vegan cake only once and wasn't pleased with how it turned out, despite that I gave her a chance to make my order. I see now that was a huge mistake.Before even getting to how this cake tasted I have to say that I am genuinely baffled at the boxing and presentation of the cake. I had asked why it was in a cardboard box and was told that it was due to them running out of their regular cake boxes...regardless if that was the case this is not how I would expect anyone's birthday cake to be boxed. As for the edible image, well apparently that just wouldn't have been possible with the type of frosting on the cake and instead she just printed the picture and taped it to some sticks in the cake. The part of this issue that was extremely unprofessional was that I never received any phone call, email, text, etc. to tell me that the edible image wasn't going to be doable and she just assumed that this would be okay (even though I was charged for an edible image). The edible image was a big part of what my girlfriend wanted for her cake and had I known it wouldn't' have worked out I would have canceled the order.As for the taste of the cake. What else can I say other than extremely disappointing. The cake was extremely dry and the flavors seemed to be all over the place with some of the frosting being sweet and some having a sour aftertaste. However, with all that said the worst part is, when I picked up the cake I was told that there wasn't enough of the dairy free frosting she made so she used a regular frosting to cover the parts were cake was exposed. That is unacceptable for any food establishment to knowingly contaminate food with an allergen that was explicitly asked to keep free from!I chose this bakery based off of the reviews that I had seen online and even now I'm at a loss at how different my experience has been vs. that of the other reviewers. I definitely won't be returned and I would never recommend this baker to anyone.

Sugar pan bakery is my new favorite go to. The service was great she communicates very well and responds to messages in a timely manner also the prices are reasonable. I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes and a cake made with fondant icing and everything being amazing is definitely an understatement. Now a days it is very hard to find someone that can make cakes that look stunning and taste good as well. The cupcake icing was literally the best icing I have ever had. I 100% Recommend Sugar pan bakery!!!!

Took our money for a retainer and will not message us back, have not heard from her in over a month. We drove out to the plaza to discuss details about our wedding needs. She was very friendly and had a lot of options and by the pictures I thought she had experience. When I talked to her on the phone she told me that she would have cake and icing samples ready for us during our meeting, she forgot and did not have them ready so I had to come back another day to get them. She charges $25 for the cake tasting which most bakers normally include to get your business. After discussing everything with my fiancé we thought her pricing was fair and we wanted to have a cake tasting and book her since our wedding is 6 months out I also paid her the retainer but she said she has to make up a contract with the details on it. She stated she would do it that day and email it to me. I never got it. I reached out to her and she kept saying she would work on it. I have now messaged her several times about getting us the contract since we already paid her the retainer and wanted to make sure we had a baker for our wedding set in stone. It now has been a month and I have not heard anything about a contract or giving us the money we paid for our retainer back. I do not recommend her. If you can not be reliable enough to get us a contract after we paid you the retainer how can we count on you to provide for us at our wedding?!

I saw this stand at the mall and ended up getting 2 cupcakes. I thought $8 was a little expensive for 2 cupcakes but why not help a local business out. After eating the strawberry crunch cupcake I quickly realized it was the best cupcake I ha e had in my life no BS. Worth the money thank you
