Came in around 6pm on a Sunday for dinner. Hostess was friendly and seated us right away. Then we watched our food sit under the heat lamp for over 5 minutes while our waitress was more occupied with sweeping floors. (There were only 2 other tables occupied at this time.) Waitress did not check on us once food was delivered. Waited for a long time to get our check after being done eating.. only to be told our waitress had left for the night without telling us, leaving us high and dry and wasting time.Very disappointed in this location.

We ate here on March 27 in the evening. The food was average. The biggest issue was the kitchen staff was blasting music with profanity in it the entire time. I am not talking just a few words here or there, it was bad. I ended up having to play music at my table so my 3 year old and other 2 kids didn’t have to hear it the entire time. Not something I would hope for in Canal. Very disappointing.

Everything was bad. Waitress came over stared at us, didn't say anything. Food was disgusting cold broccoli, soggy fries and rubbery chicken. Husbands salad was nothing but spinach. Waitress moved the empty glass and never refilled anyone's drink. Wasted time and money. Never again Bob's.

Came for breakfast after church. First time at this location. Paige was our server and was wonderful. Also met Blake who brought whipped cream to my grandson.
This place is terrible twice I didn't get all my food. The first time I ordered delivery the second take out both times I didn't get everything I ordered. Both times I was promised a gift card from the manager to make up for it the first time I didn't receive it the second time it when I did it wasn't even enough money to cover the cost of the food they didn't give me that I paid for! I suggest if you order here you check your order before you leave and don't get delivery!

I hadn't been there for years after you messed up our father's day dinner. I was giving another chance. I couldn't order online without a credit card, even though I was picking up a carryout order that I wanted to pay for with cash at the store, but there was no option for that. So I called the store to order on the phone. Vanessa answered. As soon as I said carryout order, she hung up. I called again. Again, Vanessa hung up on My carryout order request. Because no one gets a tip for carryout orders.You have lost my business permanently.
