Both pizzas were undercooked—biting into raw dough is never good. Pizza was bland and tasted like something prepared at a school cafeteria. The pretzel was tasty!
Great time with a friend. Great service and good food. The Nirto Stout was amazing.

Everyone that we talked to was polite and friendly. We talked to the manager, "worker bees", they were all great. Probably a fun place to work.

This is so tough because I met my fiancé here and have many fond memories of that day.Since then, I have moved to Canal Winchester and we have tried to visit Brew Dog on a regular basis (we live 5 mins away!). The atmosphere is fabulous and we've had mostly good service. My issue is that the food is quite poor and very, very expensive. Be prepared to spend $20 on a burger and fries. They recently revamped their menu and the salads are now about $14 (previously they were almost $30). We eat out a ton all around Columbus and we don't mind spending $$$ for good food, but the food here is mediocre at best.It makes me sad because we live so close and want to come here more, but we'll only come for beers at this point. We've tried coming here for dinner so many times and always leave super disappointed. I can't recommend it.

Seated without our knowledge in the bar service only area, once that was known things went smoother. Bar staff was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty!

Not sure why I never stopped here before. This place is fantastic. Best pizza I have had in years. Beers good too. Bartender was excellent. I have never had a pizza this spicy ever and they knocked it our of the park. Why did I ever let the owners of Studio 35/Grandview Theater convince me this place was trash and that I should never stop here? They badmouth this place every chance this get and I go there a lot. Otherwise I would have tried Brewdog years ago and not waited for a slow Monday afternoon when most breweries are closed. This place is fantastic. 5 out of 5!
The Buffalo wings are very good, I even loved the cauliflower wings. The beer that they offer on tap as well as offerings from other breweries is diverse and well selected!

This was my first visit to this tap room. Upon walking through the door I was happy to see that everything was in order and clean. Second the hostess was very nice with my wife and I, being that we were walking. Third our server Annie was very delightful, and helpful with the menu, her personality was everything. Forth the only thing we an issue with was that we came in for the Wednesday wings and informed that they didn't have anymore ( witch I can understand if the taste like the food I ordered, I can see why they were all gone) and the food that we all ordered was great. Now I must end with saying the manager Matt Stout is one of the best in the business, he made sure we were well taken care of. His communication to the server was impecable. I'm glad I had a chance to visit this evening. I will guarantee you that we will return with more guest, do they can experience what we did tonite. Thank you Matt, Annie and all the rest of the Brewdog staff.Keith Walker
It was the perfect stop for two adults and two young kids on a road trip. Could not have asked for a more diverse menu to please everyone.

Should have trusted the not so great reviews. This place is such a COOL CONCEPT and TERRIBLE execution. The hotel/bar staff were so rude! Restaurant/bar staff were nice but extremely busy. We wanted to chat about the beers ~ we thought that was the point of staying at the brewery. We saw a beer on the menu (orange/wheat) and thought we’d try when we go back over to the hotel side, it sounded like a blue moon, so we thought we’d just ask about it. Again rude staff didn’t have the beer, “never heard of it” and rushed to give me a can of something else. Everyone has a bad moment, but we weren’t really treated with any welcoming vibes for the whole 24 hours we were there. The museum was closed for a private event the first night, and then closed the second day.We paid $380 for one night stay, a dinner and two drinks a piece. This was a birthday trip for my husband and it turned out to be a total bust.
