Had to go back three different times to get my fries made correctly. The first order if fries were not only stale but extremely salty, the next order of fries were dunked twice in the oil (watched the girl at the fry station do it) to warm them up since they were sitting for a while. When I received them there was literally an oil puddle at the bottom of the fry container and the brown bag was dripping with oil all over my car seat. Finally the last trip the manager had to get involved since I told them I would rather have my refund instead. Finally, they were made correctly. I've never thought making fries could be so difficult. Not to mention I went inside all times and three other people (two who were after me) all got their food first before my one LG fry. And yes they received fries with their orders. Smh

The management at this burger king should be fired and all the staff retrained or also fired. I ordered a full $15 meal online only to get to the window and was told to leave and I would not be getting a refund and if I wanted to wait it'd be an hour and a half before I'd get my food. It is imperative that you avoid this location until there is new management. I am genuinely shocked that this location is still open because the only consistency is the bad service every time. Do not eat there until you see "Under New Management"

I originally had given this BK a 5 star but after today I had to change it. The attitudes here have really shifted for the worse and today I was told that they closed 30 mins early even though their holiday hours said 7. This is not the first time I've experienced them closing early.

This place is terribly run. Always poor staffing, customer service is really unprofessional and the food is sub par. I’m so disappointed that I can’t get a meal here without an issue. Even tonight, 12/22/23 at 6:45p I pull up to the drive thru and am told “we aren’t taking orders right now.” Tell me something I didn’t know… go elsewhere

I got to the restaurant drive through at 9:30 PM The store does not close till 10 PM I was informed that they are no longer taking orders for the evening and as I drove around I noticed that all the employees were piled into a car in the parking lot in front of the store smoking weed

Listen this place needs new management period. The girl that works there needs to look for new employment she stays on the phone and is very mean. She stated to me only door dash only like what??? It's been 2 months and I still have not got to order a combo meal at all. I just gave up on this location. It seem like all the burger kings here in Columbus are closing aways. So here I come Wendys u never disappointed me.

This location is the absolute worst. They take one person at a time in the drive thru. Meaning that they will not even take your order until the car in front of you is pulling away. My brother and I went through, and I was told that they do not take 2 separate orders. Each order was only 2 Whopper Jr's. I was told to go all the way back around to place the 2nd order. I had to play their game and tell them that I wanted to add to my first order. They are manipulating their "times" so ot looks good for corporate. This is an ongoing problem and was my first time here in over a year. Last time was almost as bad. They also took 18 minutes to give us 4 Whoppers Jr's after we pulled up at the window. Absolute insanity. Don't bother calling or going through the website because they never get back to you or answer the phone. All the reviews say the same thing. Do not go here.

Not sure this place could be run any poorer. The employees don’t have a clue about customer service. Sat in the drive-thru forever. No apologies, no explanations. Go elsewhere.
