Literally the worst chipotle I've been too. I've gone several times and each time my food is ass. Yesterday i got a burrito that fell apart. I threw the rest away.

We try this location periodically because it is close to out home. Went in tonight. Out of cheese and tomatoes. Seems they are frequently out of something, but cheese, really? I commented there should be a discount to compensate, was informed, "We don't charge for cheese". Beg your pardon, but I believe it's part of the expected ingredients, (check out your pics in the ads. I see cheese) I was picking up for someone else who elected to pass if no cheese available. Guess we might try again in a few months, or maybe not.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE: The female with the bad black teeth was extremely rude when asked a simple question. I'm sure she's miserable as she's 50 working at Chipotle and can't afford a dentist (her attitude makes it clear why this is the best she can do in life), but that's no excuse to treat others terribly. If she's not suited for the most menial job of customer service in the fast food industry, I'm not sure what she's good for. I would recommend her to be a delivery driver since she lacks social skills. Either way, don't order from here. Terrible customer service and the food is nasty anyways.

service was horrible today at the Chipotle in Canal Winchester. I typically always have good service but there is that one person who is trashy with rotten teeth that ruined the experience. Chipotle don't let the wrong employee deter paying customers from coming to your establishment. I spend money several times a week at this establishment either coming in or ordering from Door Dash. please keep trashy low class people from working here. I'm speaking about the young lady with the nasty attitude with dirty teeth. Do better!

went for my grandson's fundraiser there. Not ready for people coming at when when it began. I was served the very last white rice sitting in the container and the same thing for the "fresh" guacamole that was already turned dark. My husband asked for fresh steak and our server just looked at him and didn't do as my husband asked. Also, everything was not prepared for a crowd coming in as the man in front of me asked for fajitas, he had to wait and then was given a tiny amount and there wasn't enough made for the next person who would want any of that. Very disappointed overall.

Yes, it is frozen solid! I usually like Chipotle, but this by far was the worst. Experience. Ever. at a Chipotle. Also, how can the parking lot be full and the restaurant nearly empty at tue same time??? Avoid this place like the plague.

i've had so many problems with this location a lot of it was during Covid... shortages of the main ingredients ( which typical you never found out until you got all the way up to order sign on ad Door would've saved a lot of heartache, but that was then) That issue and not getting what I ordered, especially ordering online. I decided to give it another chance now that a lot of the Covid and shortage issues are over so tonight I went there to order a chicken burrito was at 8:00 PM so they are supposed to be open until 10 PM so another two hours. The restaurant itself was dining room with filthy with food on the tables and on the floor, including the work area behind the counter. I started to order my burrito and I was informed that they were out of queso, corn salsa, and sour cream. I stopped the young lady at that point, because there is no need to go any further, there was need to figure out what else they were out of because at that point I knew I wasn't going to order. They were already out of some of the main ingredients for my order. I'm done with this location even though it's closest to my house. This location has been so bad for so long. It's just not worth the effort. Good luck to anyone else going to this location.

Ridiculous service. Absolutely worst Chipotle experience. They won’t put any toppings on.Do not recommend this franchise location. Horrible experience!
Literally didn't even try to wrap my burrito and put the smallest piece of foil expecting to wrap it with that. Threw it in the bag. Ordered through the chipotle website for delivery so they figured they'd just slack off and not give a fuck. Not sure how I'm gonna eat an unwrapped burrito but okay.

Order food online for pick up and order wasn't ready. The line was short so I decided to hop in the line to have my order made the staff acted as if I couldn't do this because it was ordered online. However, it was already paid for and nowhere near prepared. They wanted me to wait in the online order line where there were multiple ppl sitting waiting for their food to be made. Not happening. They NEVER have vinaigrette which is annoying because the food is disgusting without it. So now here I am driving to another location to complete my order.

Third visit since summer. Place has been really dirty - they never clean the glass where you select your food, and counters are always smeared with food. It's grotesque. Guacamole from Chipotle's is usually great, but there's has no taste. It's not green. Looks like workers need trained on how to build the burritos or tacos.
