We are beyond annoyed and frustrated with this location. We ordered our pizza at 7pm by phone. They said delivery time was 8:15pm. So at 8:45pm we called to see where it was and they informed us that it was just being put in the oven!!! We will NEVER order from this location again. We keep trying to call back to cancel but they keep hanging up on us and or not answering. We are highly disappointed.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The pizza is separated and slices were missing. Save your time and cook at home. This is a horrible experience. How ever the manager Stefanie mad it right. So I changed me ratting from a 1 to a 3

i cant even rate the food because i never got it. never got my food and could never get ahold of anyone at the store. terrible service. would never EVER recommend or buy dominos pizza ever again. truly a disgrace of a pizza “franchise”

Terrible place to go to don't order!! Waited an hour and 45 minutes and, he told me my food was in the oven and would take 15 minutes and I watched him put the food in 30 minutes later

Awful, took over 2 hours to get the food. Missing food and 2 litter. Store wouldn't answer the phone after calling 9 times over a 3 hour period. Also new pepperoni break was completely burnt!

Order took almost 2 hours to be delivered. I understand that may be short staffed, but according to their teacher, my food sat for almost 90 mins.When it arrived it was cold, and way over cooked.

I placed an order here when my order was about near time to get ready, they called and said they were closing early and it couldn't be prepared. When asked to speak with manager they said no manager was in and I couldn't get a name or call back. The young lady with register I'd number 6957 was very rude. To be in customer service what was so wrong for her to say I'm susan?? She was very sus.

I’ve tried to order food from this location a few different times now, and it’s ended in disappointment every single time.In the past I’ve ordered car side delivery from this location. Not only does it take incredibly long, the staff at this location have a habit of marking the order “complete” on the order tracker to avoid the free pizza guarantee even though your pizza is still being made.Tonight I ordered a pizza while still in downtown Columbus, hoping it would be ready to pick up by the time I made it to Canal Winchester. Not even close. I arrived at the location, and they did exactly what I described above. After 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot with my order marked “complete”, I went inside to check on my order only to be told “They’re getting ready to put it in the oven”. So I waited another 30 minutes and asked about my order again, and was told by a different staff member “They’re getting ready to put it in the oven”. The manager seemed to have almost no control over the situation, as groups of employees stood around while she ran the oven/expo station by herself. She was making rude and obnoxious comments to them, so I honestly don’t blame them for not listening. After an hour and a half of waiting, I left the store without receiving any food.This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant and I will never be returning to this location. If you care about the quality and consistency of Dominos pizza, I would consider retraining/changing the management at this store.
