Order 12” thicker crust pizza. Picked it up . at the correct time. Got it home in 10 minutes. The pizza was cold and burnt so badly on the bottom. Haven’t had a Donates pizza in four years. Guess I’ll have to wait another four years before I try it again ??

Jesse is the bomb. We freakin love him. We randomly found this Donatos from out of town and he was SO so kind. We had an allergy that he was really careful with, he was really professional and he walked us out. BEST DONATOS IN THE WORLD. We love you Jesse!!!- The 4 Ky

Order was supposed to be ready at 4:40. It was made wrong. So we didn’t get it until 5:15. Employee tried to make it right by giving us some brownies for the mess up. They are understaffed. The call center is a joke when you call to order. Last time, they didn’t put the correct name on the order. Donatos has went down hill fast.

The workers here are ALWAYS rude and unprofessional. My order was ready at 4:21 I get there just on time they tell my my order isn’t ready and to pull up to a parking spot and they’d bring it out. 20 minutes go by they don’t bring it out so I pull around to the window and I make eye contact when the guy multiple times and he doesn’t acknowledge me and doesn’t come to the window. After 10 more minutes and a line behind me he finally comes to the window and gives me my order. So at this point my food and cold and not edible.Not to mention the food is usually undercooked cold or not right. This isn’t just a one time instance it’s every time and has been going on for years so even when they cycle through workers it is still a problem. Don’t know if it’s the management or the demographic of workers they are hiring but something needs to be done. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Tired of trying!....Update 2023... Tried again, still issues with service and with food being wrong. They just don't care.This is the donatos closest to our house so we have ordered from it often. I ask for light bake on our order every time because we have 3 teenagers with autism and they don't like the black on top and around the edges. The first pictures are from our most recent order. After speaking with a manager regarding the pizzas at the bottom which were not only not light baked, but they were cut into little itty bitty pieces, he credited our account and we ordered again the following week and the pizzas were exactly like they were supposed to be so I know it is possible for the light bake to happen. He told me when I spoke with him that their ovens had been recalibrated the day before I talked to him. Now, another week later we are back to not getting the light bake we ask for. If you like your pizzas with black bubbles on top and black around all the edges, this is the perfect place for you.
Apparently they are using DoorDash for their drivers and it destroys the delivery quality. The driver walked to my door with the pizza box sideways and the pizza was demolished. It also wasn't hot because he had a cheapo pizza case.I won't be ordering from them until they decide to use their own drivers again.

This location is awful. Terrible management. Ordered food to arrive on time for pickup just so they can ask us to circle the drive thru after we already sat for 15 minutes, and just to end up behind 2 more cars doing the same thing.
