Everything but, the breadsticks was fine. However, my experience with Mike about these breadsticks was worse than the burnt hard breadsticks itself. Mike is very rude and unprofessional. He should be fired! A $35 order and I get THE WORST customer service EVER! Unbelievable! I'm close to 60 years of age and I'm truly shocked at Mike's conduct.

Ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza with extra of both. Got neither. An absolute rip-off. I will never order from them again. Worst pizza ever. Order from Masseys, anywhere but Donatos. The Frotes should be ashamed.

Literally the most difficult experience trying to order anything online. The "deal" that I was trying to select never activated or gave me any kind of promts as to how to use it. The menu options were disorganized and confusing. While trying to pay for (what exactly I'm still not sure) my card options were declined 3 times when I KNOW that they work. This wasted 20 minutes of my life just trying to order and I will never try again.

Ordered from Door Dash on line the pizza was lousy it was burnt whoever put the sauce on it didn't put none on the pizza was absolutely terrible only reason why I ate it because I was hungry I going tell people not order from ya or door

Placed an order for delivery, called in first to ask questions (me and my wife don't really order from Donatos so I wasn't familiar). Staff on the phone were really nice. When we got the pizza, the delivery driver was really nice and showed us that our medium was upgraded to a large for free because of a small mistake at the store (they didn't have to do that but I really appreciate it!) and the food itself was excellent. Made perfectly and delicious. Did not take too long for us to receive it either even though we ordered pretty much at rush hour time.No complaints here. I'll be back!

Donatos is one of the only places where they continue to mess up your order and do nothing about it. This last time the clearly delivered the wrong pizza I reach out no response. Other times I’ve contacted them about other mistakes no response. With wait times tripled most places when you wait over an hour you want the right product. Fully understand that things happen but continued issues with no acknowledgment just isn’t good customer service.

I love donatos pizza but this store JUST THIS STORE has the worst staff ever I ordered my food at 4:30pm and was very understanding knowing that it’s Christmas Eve and the roads are bad I had to reach out to the store several times just to see where my food was at 5:40pm STILL NO FOOD!! I called back at 6:50 to see if my food was still coming one of the employees answered told me they were closed and hung up on me not once but 3 times, I call back a rude nasty lady answers and tells me I need to calm down and hung up on me! I call back just wanting to know where my food is because my two toddlers are ready to eat some lady answers the phone and didn’t know where my order was I asked for a refund they told me they can’t give me my money back but a store credit! I’ll will never come back to this donatos nor will I recommend it hope you all get fired!!
