Excellent food with great flavor. Reasonable pricing. Service is routinely some of the best we have ever encountered. The staff consistently work together, lending a hand to each other. It works great for dining customers. The atmosphere is family friendly for sure.I highly recommend El Pedregal Mexican Restaurant.

We have heard about this place from friends and seen it has really high reviews on Google. My wife and I went there for a date night and to celebrate an event. The place was cool, in the respect it's a house that's been built on and has several rooms and hallways. That was cool! Where it went off the rails was terrible terrible service and the food was not made to our order at all! We ordered a Texas dip, that was amazing. Then we waited and waited for our food. We ran out of chips, salsa and drinks for 20 mins. What really upset us is that a table across from us that had 3 adults and 3 kids had sat down while we were eating our appetizer had ordered and received their food before us!! I finally got a manager's attention and said hey we have been sitting her for 40+ minutes and we ordered long before those folks and they got their food before us!! They ran back to get our food that was sitting in the window (I'm assuming, because I ordered a rare ribeye steak). It was dry and burnt on the bottom and the sides were cold. It was terrible, we had complained about the sides, but I was so over it that I didn't want to go through the pain of complaining about the steak. We finished, paid and left. I originally wanted desert, but it was such a nightmare I just wanted to pay and leave. With no plans to come back!!

We went to because we were told it was great food. My food was chipped beef and chicken. The steak we ordered tasted like it was old and had sat too long in blood. The service was nice. The first time we were seated next to a window that was so cold, it felt like it had no panes in it! The second time we moved, it was the same way. We eventually were moved to a booth by the door wth! The drinks were good

Great food and the service is friendly. Spent a few times here with friends and it's always a really good time. The margaritas are great as is all the food I've tried. The jalapeño margarita is my favorite. Always happy to stop when k I'm in the area.

Horrible place, waiter was rude and homophobic, made me feel very unwelcome and embarrassed me in front of my client. On top of that, I got bad food poisoning. So far we're down to horrible and horrible food quality standards, what else does this restaurant offer? I'll tell you what they offer, rude employees that will stare you down and ruin your meal. Would definitley rather die eating rat poison than go back to this restaurant, at least it'll probably taste better, sit well in my stomach, and not call me a slur. Ugly waiter on January 2nd at 6:00 pm deserves a lesson in midwestern manners. Have a good day.

Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants on the southeast side. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu and they have a really great happy hour. Make the trip to Lithopolis it's worth it.
