The staff is awesome. Low key , no crazy music. Good value for food that is great...update..bartender needs to refrain from her cussing when kids are present. We wont be back...amazing how one unprofessional can ruin what I thought was a decent place.

Overall experience absolutely horrible first come in sit wait 10 mins for waitress to come waited 30 mins later for just drinks and an hour later for our food. Waitress only been by our table twice once for drink order and twice for food order never apologize for delay of food never checked on us patrons to make sure we were good. Never coming back to this awful dreaded place I repeat DO NOT come to this establishment and waste your money or your time I recommend do not come to this place

While I didn't get the food .I was treated very rudely for ordering at the wrong location.I was rung up on ,non answered and then told we can't help.We have nothing to do with online oders.When asked how I would get my refund I was told call "Slice".Goggle it ?Wow I guess you can't make with Canal Grapevine.Slice however was very helpful and took care of my refund right away. ??for Slice

Pizza is MID at best , way to much cheese and not enough toppings , we also got some spaghetti dinners that were absolutely full of water at the bottom, guess some one got in a hurry and forgot to drain the noodles ? probably won’t be back , plenty of way better pizza places for similar prices within a 5 mile

Great food and quick service. Did a split payment wrote on the slip only one card was supposed to take out the tip. Instead she took a tip out of both cards of 6 dollars!! . I am short on money that’s why I was tipping and paying most of the bill on another card. Very upset! Will not be returning!!!

This was the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered 5 pizzas for an employee lunch and everyone said they would prefer gas station pizza over Grapevine. BBQ chicken pizza was terrible! When ordering online don't assume that when you click on the picture of a Pepperoni pizza that it is what you'll receive. We try to support local establishments but Grapevine wont receive our business again!

Ordered online for delivery. Pizza was not delivered the driver quite middle of shift. They did not call me to tell me they cant delivery. When we called they told us the situation and gave us 2 options, one we can come pick up the pizza or two we can get a refund. We choose option two the lady said fine and hung up. Then she calls back 5 minutes later to tell us since we placed the order online he doesn't offer refunds. This is unacceptable! He said if we wanted a refund we need to call our bank and do a charge back. I even left a 25% tip online thinking i was gonna get my pizza in good service to. I will never order from this place again. The lady was rude and hung up on my wife and the owner was un accommodating. I do not recommend at all!!! Stay away!

Curtis our server was fantastic! The day we went they were having half price in all appetizers. We tried the Jalapeno and poppers, cheesy fries, zucchini sticks, wings and garden salads. The prices WEREN'T out of control and the portions were fair. The cheesy fries were very generous and that was extra nice for sharing.Good prices, fast service, good food and friendly+knowledgeable wait staff made this place a 5 star rating in my book!Enjoy.
