ordered a salad online. got to the portion where you customize. there was a category that stated EXTRA toppings. so i picked cheese because i wanted EXTRA cheese added to the original salad, the original salad that has everything on it. supposedly extra means what specific extra topping would you like. again great food, high prices but what place isn't charging extra these days? i continue to go here because it's great, just needs tweaks

Stopped in for a bite to eat while in the area on vacation. The place doesn't look like it would have great food, but let me tell you the food is AMAZING!!! I love the old floors in this place, they are so cool. I highly recommend this place!! Give it a try, you will not be sorry!!

Found this after walking the trails on Slate Run. Yes... this is a review on this place and not my life choices to eat pizza and shakes after that. They have a wide variety of pizza, burgers, and apps. I went with 2 small pizzas: the pulled pork with BBQ Sriracha and the Meat Madness.The pizzas were pretty good and decently sized for a small 12 inch. These are very thin and crispy but able to hold toppings without bending. Toppings were very generous and the Meat Madness and the pulled pork. The Sriracha could have had a kick but that is my preference. You can taste it but not feel the heat.It's pretty good and I will have to come again to try other items.

Stopped here for ice cream (and restroom) coming the back roads from Hocking Hills. It just felt filthy and wife said she would’ve rather used a gas station restroom. The ice cream was good (to-go), but I don’t know if I’d go back to eat inside

Doing a job in the area and decided to try some of the local cuisine. The pictures do not do this place justice, the food taste even better then the pictures look. We ordered the Stromboli, and in my opinion, it is very hard these days to find a good quality Stromboli. I will tell you, this place has it. You can tell that the sauce is homemade and bursting with flavor. The sausage was also a delight and the crust was cooked to a crunchy perfection. I've never said this about any restaurant, but if it were possible, I would give even more then 5 stars. If in the area, a must stop for lunch or dinner, you will not regret it........

I found this little gem in the middle of nowhere while delivering packages for amazon. Great food and really cool history and overall style. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of A/C and the kitchen crew wasnt in any kind of hurry to get any food out quickly. But its a cool place and I'd like to go with my kids soon.

I ordered double pep double cheese. Well done! I definitely don't think I got either of those but the pizza is still good and it was pouring rain when I came to pick it up. Fortunately they have a drive-thru window so all in all I had a good experience
Highly recommend the slop bowl and cheese pizza. The slop bowl seems decadent but it's mostly meat and cheese- and very generous portions of pulled pork at that! The pizza is thin crust with a phenomenal savory and mild rosemary herb sauce- it's very addicting. Exactly what I wanted after a morning at Slate Run farm. If you call ahead you can pick up in their drive through line otherwise will be about fifteen minutes as they make everything fresh. Prices reasonable too. Will be back!

Either the AC was down or this establishment dint have any, small dining area, like kinda cramped small. The place had a old style feel to it. Regardless if that was the goal or not, seemed like they dint care enough about the small tripping hazards. Layout looks like a 5 year made it.Had a 2 cute floor to ceiling chalkboard with menu specials, that had chalk available for children to draw with. So that was a plus. Not a bad place, just went for the hand dipped icecream. So I can't give any input on the food.

? There is A/C, but it was hot inside so we ate outside. My food was pretty good, wife ordered baked chicken in salad, they were out of and she ordered a strawberry milkshake, out of strawberry. Her salad took a very long time and the veggies were fresh. My hamburger was good, as were the fries. The intersection they are on has to be one of the most dangerous in the county. I would like to go back to try their pizza.

Had a relatively large group (5 adults, 4 kids) and ordered a variety of items. Pulled pork is quite good with a well rounded variety of sauces available. Kids devoured the wings and pizza with no hesitation. Wrapped up the meal with reportedly exceptional ice cream, carrot cake, and an apple crumble.Nice variety available in a smaller cozy setting. I’ll come back if I’m in the area again!Customer service was also very well handled and they’ve went out of their way to set up a drive through that looked pretty busy while we were there!
