Not my favorite restaurant but it's not near the bottom for me as well. Overall the food is what you would expect, from a place like this. It's always seems a little greasy, and sometimes the rice smells a little off but tastes fine. I've never gotten a bad order from them but I've never gotten anything that I would consider amazing. It's just one of those place that hovers around the middle of the the pack, it never stands out. The interior isn't the best and the plaza it's located in always seems like a nightmare driving through, nobody pays attention.

The chicken wings were horrible looking and tasting. I think they were rotten and we ordered them.that day a few minutes before pick up. NEVER AGAIN. Straight trash!!!!!!!!

*Rangoon fire* sauce amazing. Really good food here. I don't like crab rangoon but I still eat it because there are those who search for it this is the place. Your tea needs more lemon in it though.

Terrible experience! We use to live nearby and drove an hour round trip to pick up food from here. When we got home we saw they forgot our soup, gave us white rice instead of friend and one of our lunch meals was supposed to be sesame but was a 2nd general tso. I called and they said to come back I explained that we were not driving another hour. He said to come tomorrow I explained that I would just like the money back for the lunch special that is wrong ($9 of a $75 bill). They put me on hold for a long time and came back and told me that it wasn’t wrong and I was lying. I now have no lunch for my child (he is 2 and can’t do the spice of general tso and his soup is missing) and the owner is supposed to call back. I would never recommend a company that says someone is lying over $9 after spending $75. VERY DISAPPOINTING

As soon as I walked into the restaurant, there was a great aroma of good Chinese food which was around 10:30 pm. I had beef low mein, which was very good. I also had wor sue gai, which would have been better if the chicken was not so dry (over cooked) all in all, not as bad an experience as I had expected, based on previous reviews and personal experience several years back when they first became the New Hunan King. I will go back based on my current visit. ?
The fried chicken was over cooked n hard as a brick.n pepper stake was all pepper n onion n hardly no steak no wear.n I called them they told me oh well keep food until sunday.n bring it to the boss.they straight garbage n take people money n don't give you what u want il neva go back again the service is

The meat was overcooked slightly but was manageable.The fried rice I couldn't even eat.. Absolutely shameful the grease is filthy which you'll know by the spoiled taste of the chicken and the foul fish taste to everything there is absolutely no way this place is sanitary I spent 40 bucks and I can't finish it the chicken taste as if it's been out the refrigerator for days I wouldn't eat it for
