Horrible service at the drive thru, was trying to place order with a guy a woman suddenly comes on and says wait, so we waited after several minutes we said hello and the lady got super rude said she didn't have to serve us, never will they ever receive a dime from me, this happened around 630 Thursday evening im calling corporate in the morning to complain

Chicken was super hard and tough. The wings were petrified and could not eat. And the price is way over priced.People were friendly but did nothing to correct the issues.Restroom was filthy and appeared to not being cleaned in weeks.I told them it was the worst KFC chicken I had ever had. Seemed as if they had heard it before and didn’t care.My grandson liked the mac and cheese so I gave them 2 stars.

Got 5 PC Tenders, a couple of the tenders were small, biscuit was not fresh - on the hard side. Really don't feel like I got my money worth or any value. No adjustment in price even though I didn't get drink?

I pulled up to drive thur on Saturday night for my Uber eats order. The guys said they are now closed because they have no food!! He said they closed 15 mins ago which would have been at 10:15 pm. He also said they are closing early to clean the fryers supposedly. Horrible customer service not to mention to could not complete my order for Uber and I looked like It was my fault. Absolutely the worst ever!!

The bathroom was dirty. You couldn't use a card at the drive-through, but you could inside... that makes sense. Their starry dispenser was just water. It took a long time for them to get our food to us. They forgot 2 my mac and chesse sides. They gave us fries instead. Terrible experience. Never going back there again.

2nd KFC I've been to that's acting like a 16-piece meal is a big deal to make when y'all got one job with your name right in it.... CHICKEN. And then have the audacity ask me to keep it simple?I'm gonna keep it REAL simple and ditch KFC, how bout that? ????????

Thank you for the trash food! Biscuits hard as damn rocks! Specifically said soft biscuits and got still gave out rocks. Do us a favor and go out of business already. Biscuits turned into powder when you bite into the and chicken was dry as hell. I should have known better than go to KFC, everyone either don’t have the food you want order or it’s older than hell.

If you are in this area do not go to this KFC restaurant. The manager will attack you if you have to complain about something. We were coming back from our vacation, order through window 3 meals in separated order. An honest mistake was made by the associate and i got charged twice for a meal. Receipts were not given to us either. I went inside with a smile pointing out the mistake. The associate was friendly and understood the error but the manager (I believe she was) came out with a very aggressive attitude not listening what we had to say and screaming at us: what is your problem, did you got your food? So there is not problem...this was the first phrase she said to us. Did not wanted to listen, she asked for proof. But we never got our receipts so all i had was the food boxes to show her and my bank charge, i thought was enough to prove the error because the food boxes were 3 and i got charged for 4 meals. Anyway she treated me and my friend with not respect like we were the scums of the Earth being very aggressive and rude . She also refused to give us the duplicate receipt, but i was fast to grab mine and she never gave one to my friend saying she never was charged but it was charged on her statment. Incredible, she was playing a fraudelence and she also told her associate who tried to speak in our favour to shut up and not to get involved but she was the person who took our order and ran our cards so she tried to say that on the duplicate receipt was a double charge but she never let her speak. This woman should not be working with public, me and my friend left in fear that she may take out a gun as rude and aggressive she was with us. I never experienced anything like this, it was awful and ruined all our day. Plus i never got my refund. So if you are around that area think twice before you stop at the KFC unless the company takes care of this huge problem and she will not be around to be seen anymore.

The KFC / LJS is more interested in serving the drive through line than inside customers. Filled 6 drive through customers while we just waited to place our order. We finally left.

If I could I would give this place a environment the place is not clean food on the floor and hair nets are not on people's hair I found hair in my food not happy don't eat
