Ordered at the drive thru. Just a crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce. Tomato and ketchup. It was made to order which is surprising i usually the give me the regular toppings. This time, they did it right.

I used my rewards for a large iced coffee. When i got to the window, i was given a small iced coffee. When i informed the woman of the size difference she said “well that’s what he rung it up as sooo.” I said well the reward was a large. She then poured the small drink into the large and added ice to fill the cup.

Horrible unfortunately. We came here after a comedy show and I'm guessing they must've been short staffed. I ordered only a large fry with a a caramel frappe. The fries were awful. They were hard and had very little if any salt. I thought ketchup would help and it did not. We didn't even try to go back because we were ready to get home. Staff did not at all look happy and said very little.
If I could give zero stars I would went yesterday around 11am ordered hamburger and fries and chocolate shake.Hamburger bun burnt hamburger itself was old and dry and French fries must of been from the day before,And you call that a chocolate shake I call that nasty .Young lady who took my order ask me 3 times if I ordered a chocolate shake told her yes ,No thank you nothing didn't give me how much I owed.Got to first window gave her cash and she just looks at it and closes the window,She does like her job that's apparent that attitude ,Second young lady was rushed hands me my food tells me strolls in the bag. Thank you. Have a nice day slams the window shut.I understand their kids and they don't want to be there. The comment sense would tell them that if you burn something you don't serve it to a customer .

Need employees who give a darnNeeds a management team that doesn't want to just be friends with the people working. Never seem to get orders right. It takes forever just to get 4 cups of coffee.

We were here at 10:30 p.m they were short staffed only 2 people working and alot of mad people in the drive thru(all i have to say about this is GET OVER YOURSELF or go somewhere else), the 2 guys working were still very nice and professional and handeled our very large order very nicely. Kudos to the 2 gentlemen on staff the night of 10/05/23
