if i could put 0 stars i would this out rages me and i am very unsatisfied about my orde. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ‼‼‼ It's terrible and always mak me sick but i don't have the option to order from anywhere else. the workers are always rude also this angers me

Food and service have gone down hill tremendously, food is always old, dry and without flavor. Teriyaki chicken… disgusting and apparently does not actually include teriyaki sauce any longer. Sweet fire chicken…. Save yourself money and just go get some chicken nuggets because there is no sweet or fire. Never again ?

I was so excited for this location to open up because it's so close to us and I love Panda Express, but that excitement was short-lived. The first couple of times was what you'd expect from other Panda Express locations; great food, great service and clean restaurant.It went downhill from there. It started with the dry, cold, hard and clumpy rice. Then, anytime I got the beef broccoli, there would be maybe just 2 pieces of beef in it. The taste and quality of the Bejing Beef is never the same and hardly ever good. Now the Teriyaki chicken has a strange texture and barely any sauce. The quality of the food continues to go down and the service that used to be great is now terrible.A few times I have told myself that I am never going back there, but I go every now and then in hopes that they have made improvements. I am consistently disappointed. Such a waste of money.The staff acts like they don't care how they treat people as if there will be no consequences and, so far, that's the way it is. No matter how many times you bring back disgusting food, or call corporate or leave a review, nothing gets corrected here. Sometimes corporate will give you cards for a free meal on them when you complain, but what does that matter if they're not improving their customer service and the quality of their food? Keep your little card and do better. This is a sad representation of Panda Express.

Incompetent staff. For a mobile order, they will ask for the name for the order instead of referencing the order number on your screenshot, which clearly shows on the receipt. And they won't let you take an order without showing something with the original name of person who ordered. Over-complicating an extremely simple process.
