I have not experienced more poorly trained or rude staff than I have at this specific Penn Station location. From the mumbling front order taken to the clueless girl just rudely staring as I'm waiting to pay - and then they don't even get the order right. It was atrocious. Never will I be back. Ever.
Food wasn't too bad very small portion of fries. Service wasn't too bad but they should have totally let me know that there was no refills on the lemonade. Atmosphere wasn't too bad bathrooms weren't that clean. Wasn't the worst experience wasn't the best.

Food was good. But this location lacks in the customer service department. The gentleman I placed my order with had a pretty poor attitude and like I was wasting his time. I’d get it if they were swamped but there was a whole four people in the shop. The girl who rung me out had a similar demeanor. The overall cleanliness wasn’t great.I get everyone has a bad day. But just really off putting when only one of the staff acted like they care about the service and customers. I’d be hard pressed to come back - I’ll likely just go to Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy Jones moving forward.

Service was amazing Marcus was really nice and Trey was really funny. Everyone there was nice and made a friendly upbeat environment. I forgot my lemonade and Trey even asked me specifically if I wanted ice or no ice. That's the only thing I was upset with, myself with no lemonade.Great service and food.

We've been here a few times now. We keep going back thinking we'll find that incredible sandwich. The sandwiches are okay, but all taste the same and are lacking in flavor. The Chicken Cordon Bleu wasn't anything special. It had an okay flavor. The Chicken Parmesan was bland. The husband had a Cheesesteak that was good. Fries were okay. Our food came out at different times instead of all at once, making it awkward.
Was told my order would be ready at 1233 when I arrived at 1240 my subs were done but my fries weren't. Waited 7 more minutes then asked the manager why my food wasn't done. He stated just because I placed an online order doesn't mean I don't have to wait. I said well you all gave me the time my food would be ready and it's 15 to 20 minutes past that time. He stated" I don't know what you want me to do." I said I would like to get my food it's getting cold and I have to get back to work. My subs were cold my fries weren't even cooked. Complete trash and the manager has an attitude like he is doing me a favor by doing his job. It's the job you selected and applied for stop acting like you are volunteering your service to the community.

I am very disappointed at the service in this location. The associate Malik was very rude without any reason. He was disrespectful when calling out my name and used a rude word toward me. That was a first time interacting with hi. Will never return!!!!
