Omg the worst !!!! Got only part of our food and the pizza wasn’t cooked. It was raw. Tried to call them and waited 5 min for someone to pick up. Said they would send our food they forgot to send and then tried to charge us again and we never did get our food

Called to order pizza for pick up and was hung up on twice. They have a special advertised any large pizza for 12.00. When I ordered they confirmed 12.00 but charged me 20.19. The pizza was not worth 12.00 and I would not order from here again. False advertisement and poor quality food.

Worst Pizza Hut ever! I ordered my food online so it would be ready when i got there. I arrived at this location 15 mins after my pizza should have been ready. There was a line and no one had been helped. Only saw 2 people in the back. The indvidual handling making the pizza wasnt wearing any food service gloves. He was touching the cheese and pepperoni with his bare hands. So gross. I stood in line for another 10 mins for niether person to acknowledge that there were customers. I will not be back.

Every time I get food from here I swear it's the last time and this time it will be. Delivery was over an hour late. When I called to find out when it would arrive I was left on hold for 10 minutes before being told they couldn't tell me when it would arrive. When it finally did it was stone cold. Do yourself a favor and order from ANYWHERE else!!

Do not order from here. Zero stars. Placed an order Friday afternoon for pick up at 11:30am on Sunday for my daughter’s birthday party at noon. They accepted and took my $180. Found out Sunday morning when I came to pick up they weren’t planning on opening until 3:00pm. No call to tell me it wouldn’t be ready, no apology from the woman I spoke to, and no help. What a joke.Got a call from the GM from the New Albany store who was filling in. He gets 5 stars for being proactive and calling me.

They just need to close this location. Absolutely HORRIBLE! They delivered raw pizza to me. I called, and the second one they sent was even worse. I literally had to bake my pizza again. I gave up on calling them again.

The customer service they use for their call in lines are terrible and limited. Just ordered a pizza and the original guy taking the order didn’t ask for my adress so I called back to change that and no one I mean no one had answers or a way to call the actual store. Now I have to wait and see if the store cancels my order and gives me a refund or I’ll have to call corporate and figure things out tomorrow. How about hire people who can actually talk to you and not depend on a script??

Ordered a pizza box one was a pepperoni lovers plus add banana peppers. When I got home and opened the box, this is what I got.... The other pizza and wings weren't bad. Breadsticks I could do without.

I usually don't give out a one-star review but today I have to. My confirmation stated it should have been 7:10 when it was completed but I know that sometimes there are setbacks so I arrived at 7:15. When I came in it was a complete disaster. There was no one running the register, people were upset, the staff was upset and no one come from the back was even paying attention to the line that was growing in the pickup area. I believe I was the only calm person in there at the time but when I checked the status of my order in my email it showed "order not found". Then finally my order came out at 7:50. I haven't been to this Pizza Hut in nearly 15 years because last time there was a green cap in my pizza. Now I probably won't go back because of the customer service.
