Popped in to grab dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how kind, patient and efficient the young lady who made my subs was. I did not get her name, but she looked very similar to Olivia Rodrigo. She made our experience great, especially for my 4 year old daughter. Thank you! Service was excellent.Note to the owner: Despite the service being great, I gave 4 stars because I’m a little disappointed in the lack of air conditioning in this building. Not only is it uncomfortable for customers but also makes employees have to work in the sticky heat…crappy working conditions. Honestly, do better.

I walked in, and a grown lady rudely greeted me. I was not appreciative of her attitude, and she messed up my sandwich. The building overall was dirty, it felt unsanitary.

Waiting for my sandwich, a guy of Middle Eastern Descent walked in asking for a job application. The manager (white male) told him he wasn't hiring. The guy asking for the application stated that the sign said they were hiring. The manager? He said, “I can’t hire illegals”. The guy stated he was not in the country illegally, and he has paperwork to prove it. Well, I guess I should say he TRIED to say that but was being overtalked by the manager, who kept telling him he doesn’t hire illegals. The man gave up and left.A few of us waiting for our sandwiches said to the manager that we were waiting for our sandwiches, they were obviously short staffed and why didn’t he give the guy an application. The manager? He stated, “its bad enough i have to hire these young kids (pointing at the kids) I’m not going to add someone who can’t speak english either”.I got my sandwich and walked outta there, vowing not to return. This happened a few weeks ago, and riding by I got mad all over again.

The Great Garlic Sandwich is da BOMB! I get wheat bread, rotisserie chicken, provolone cheese, spinach, tomato, onion, and a little bit of the garlic sauce, I get my sandwich toasted, and man oh man...SMH..it is so good.

Had a lady bug ? in my spinach told the employee while making my sandwich and he looked at me like I was crazy I got home then in fact I did when I called to express that I did indeed have a lady bug in my spinach he told me it wasn’t his problem he don’t make the spinach.This place is trash worst service ever

I order in the app from this location fairly often. Every time I go in to pick up my order, the staff is very friendly. They always welcome me in and thank me on my way out. My order is correct every time, and it’s just a great experience all around!

Absolutely HORRIBLE, do yourself a favor and do not come here. The worker failed to seal my sandwich and when I got home ALL the condiments and sides fell off my sandwich and into the plastic bag! The workers are always rude and the place is a mess, very hectic and they rush your sandwich so fast it turns out awful bad

Location was out of multiple items, had moldy cheese sitting out and I had to point it out to the dude serving me like 3 times before he finally looked and stopped shrugging me off. Lettuce also looked old/brown. There was water (I'm assuming melted ice) in alot of the tubs with the cheese. And when I pointed it out they told me "uh that's someone else's fault". I should have just walked out but he was already halfway done with the sandwich before I decided I wanted to. (didn't want to leave without paying) Just to be adventurous I bit into the sandwich anyway when I got home aaand it went straight into the trash. Disgusting. Sent a complaint and their owner called what I said a "point of view". That point of view of mine won't be pleasant when you make a customer sick buddy.
