This location is under new ownership and is a wonderful example of how to run a subway. The food seems fresher. New hires are friendly and helpful. Subway has long been my go to place for eating out. I could not be happier with the food and the service at this location!Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetable options and sauces

Wanted to get a job here with my friend for the past 4 months they have had a sign outside that says closed due to no staff we both applied I got no text no call nun my friend got one call then they never responded I’m starting to think this place is a thing 100% for money

By far the worst Subway. The veggies looked disgusting and everything was uncovered, looked old, dried out or wilted. I expressed my concern with how terrible the food looked and told the girl i didnt want anything after seeing the side with the veggies. The girl had a horrible attitude and was beyond rude. After reading reviews though seems to be the norm at this location.

I would say that this would have to be one of the worst run businesses I have ever seen. They are constantly out of bread from not prepping or honestly anything else you can think of. The customer service is horrible the employees have bad attitudes towards customers. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I have tried to eat at this location twice this week - it was closed at lunch on Monday despite posted hours stating it would be open and again today. Today they were out of bread. Don't waste your time trying to get a sub here - this place is a disaster, and the owner's daughter who works there cares nothing about the customers or providing a good dining experience.

I visited this Subway in the Meijer store Tuesday March 8th 2023 the ladies that waited on me Ashleigh and her mother Jen very nice ladies I had coupons but they said they're not busy enough to take the coupons but they would take it anyway service was good and the sandwich was good. I'm just disappointed that none of the subways even take the the coupons why even mail them out to customers . Half of the subways don't even honor them it's totally ridiculous. These ladies were very cordial though and I felt like I had a very good experience. Someone from the Hill road Subway in Pickerington Ohio told me they only send the coupons out three times a year but that's not true I get them just about every month I really don't eat at Subway very much probably twice a year. Do NOT come to this Subway, and that's coming from someone with low standards.I ordered pickup and was already nearby so I sat down to wait until it was closer to pickup time. During this 20 minutes, the 2 girls working stayed in the back the entire time chatting with the employee door open. At one point they saw me and shut the door instead of trying to do their job.Multiple people came to seek service and left since nobody would come to the front.At pickup time, nobody had even begun to make my order so I got their attention and they said they didn't have any bread, and I guess didn't bother to tell me or cancel the order beforehand. I asked for my money back since they couldn't complete my order and they said I'd have to call corporate.In the end, they sent me to a DIFFERENT subway to do the work for them.1 star is too much

The “Manager” behind the counter was very rude and denied us service when they were open. We called back asking for their name and they would not give it to us. Very sad.
