So I went to 2nd location inside DFG1884 Tamarack circle s. Let's talk about EVERYTHING I had was AMAZING!!! Chicken wings so so good, greens ultra flavorful. Mac and cheese good, honey yams sweet and delicious, and Turkey chops who knew!They were incredible! Good portions! I will definitely be here a few times a week. Price is very reasonable. Will add pics before I eat next time.

We did an Order as a delivery! Ordered full rack of ribs which were good. Missing a side. Now only is served with one roll per meal per the manger! This is now the second time no butter with rolls! When I mentioned that to the manager since it was an issue on a delivery a few weeks ago, he was extremely unprofessional and said he “would go yell at the staff”! Tenders were rock hard, maybe from from last weekend! I was told I’d get a $10 refund for the inconvenience! Haha this place is a joke and customer service is totally gone! How about this restaurant hire a professional manager. No one needs yelled at! It’s called educate the staff! I will not be returning to this restaurant or at least NOT this location!

The food was very small portioned and was not nearly the quality as O'Charleys once was. The staff seemed harried and short-staffed, not very attentive to tables.

This is the third time we have been here in the last couple of months. The service we received tonight from Clark was definitely FIVE STARS! We felt like we were in the best restaurant in town because she made us feel that way. She was there as soon as we were seated and made sure to thank us when we left. The food all three times has been consistently excellent and service was good. However, I have had the pleasure to dine in some of the best restaurants in the world - Clark warm personality and attentive service was equal to any FIVE STAR restaurant. Thanks, Clark!

Four of us went to O'charley's in Canal Winchester, Ohio last night and service was so bad that we will never go back . This isn't the first time it happened but I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. We hadn't been there in over a year and thought it might have changed but it hasn't. Only one of our meals was accurate. We each ordered a drink and they got 2 wrong. No appology from either the waitress or the manager and no offer for compensation.
