Good food. Worst customer service I've ever gotten at a Wendy's. Six people behind the counter, who looked at me including the manager, and let me stand there for an unreasonable time before assisting me.Additional customers came in to eat and were treated the same way. I accidentally placed, and payed for an order at the wrong location. I walked in this Wendy's and told them the situation and asked if I could pick up my order here, rather than drive 10 minutes away. They said no. The order was $2.16, so I just ordered a biggie bag at this location. Not only did I witness the manager talking down to her employee, because they had to use the restroom, it wasn't the most inviting atmosphere. The drive-through is never open and it's as if you are annoying them or taking up their busy day if you dare try to use it. I had to go inside to order which would be fine if there was any sense of hospitality. When my order was ready they simply left it on the counter and didn't say anything... this place seems very undermanaged... it's a wonder it's still in business
