Ordered at drive-up. Got to the window and paid, then listened while the cashier (and manager?) loudly and extensively complained about the customer ahead of us who had left because she didn't want to wait on the fries. Manager eventually offered us the abandoned order. So when we got home to discover that neither of our sandwiches was what we had ordered, at least we had an extra bag of food to pick through.

Usually love this Arbys but the new workers are horrible one specially I think her name was Tiana had an attitude while taking my order which made me decide to just leave instead.

Blown away by the service today. Despite system down the mgr went way beyond expectations to be sure I was taken care of. As a starving social worker one check away from being in the system myself, words cannot express the gratitude. Redefining service IMO. WTG.

30 minutes in the drive thru when I was the third order when I pulled up… received Dr Pepper with no syrup (basically seltzer water) and cold fries. I heard the staff say to another customer they’re only “two of us” I’m not sure what’s going on but if there is not enough staff to adequately serve lunch then you should close the doors it’s not fair to the customer to spend their lunch in the drive thru to receive below average quality food and disappointment.

The worst Arby's. They are extremely slow even before COVID. So today I pull up behind another car in which was at the window upon me arriving. She pulled off. Then I was the only car in line and waited 5 minutes. Then I spoke in the drive thru mic. No answer. I attempted to pull to the drive thru window only to find 2 employees chatting with another female in an SUV. What about the customer and I asked them why wasn't anyone taking orders? She said we have no roast beef? Duh? I wanted the boneless wings. Why is there not a sign or an employee at the window letting the customers know. So they basically stopped all business. Done with them. DON'T go there. Period

I just went threw thr drive thru and ordered 3 chicken sliders. Got home and had 1 container of chicken nuggets. Last time im going there!!!

Their food is hard and jerky as if it's been sitting under the hot lamp all day. It also looks and tastes as if they fried it in old grease...yuck?!

I've come here every now and again, and I've felt somewhat unsettled lately whenever I order food. Couldn't really say why, and like the food, so kept coming. Today articulated why I have that feeling. Got to the drive through and the guy said it'd just be a minute. I said fine. 2-3 minutes later a woman's voice comes on and asked if I had been helped yet. I said no, but she took my order. A minor hiccup, I didn't mind, but not all the pieces are working together. (Mind you, it was not busy, there was no one behind me.) I order some wraps with a coupon I got in the mail. They say they're out of wrap bread, so can they use gyro bread? Again, I don't mind, I actually like the gyro bread, but another signal things aren't running smoothly. The woman says since I'm using the coupon I'll get my total when I pull up. Okay. Again, not busy, did not have to wait to get to the window. The guy at the window says about $17-18. I hand him my coupon for $3 wraps, and says I can use it for up to three wraps. He reads it out loud, goes inside for 3-4 minutes, then comes back and says $14. I say that's not what the coupon offers. And he says (with coupon in hand) the coupon says you can get the deal if you buy three wraps. Nowhere on the coupon does it say buy two wraps, get the third one for $3. And if I wanted to buy a fourth wrap, would they penalize my business by removing the discount? The best part is, after the 3-4 minutes, when the guy came back with the new price and I said that wasn't what the coupon said, he also says he's the manager and that's how that works. Really? I wasn't even going to argue. And I even get that the wrap coupon is a pretty good deal. That's why I came. If you don't want to honor it, you don't have to! Says at participating locations only. But don't try to BS what the coupon says. Left without the food. Manager seems more concerned about squeezing out dollars than, well, managerial duties like staff workflow and supply chain. Seems like management is the root problem. And I won't leave a comment on marketforce.com, because that doesn't seem to have done anything after all the other reviews that have come before me.

I love Arby’s, but was not impressed at all with the service at the Arby’s here on Market. To the OWNER, your hours say you are open until 10PM, I pulled up to the drive through at 9:45PM and had no response, I proceeded to the window where I sat for a couple of minutes and finally a couple of employees came to the window and said that they couldn’t serve me because they were cleaning up and getting ready to close (the one was on her cell phone when she came to tell me they were not going to serve me). This is poor service, if your employees want to clean up and be out of there by 10 then a recommendation is that you close at 9. 10/7/21

Great service, they were short of staff but the staff person was very upbeat and gave free cookies to drive up patrons, she got me a free drink for waiting .l will be back

Took ~22 minutes in the drive thru for lunch. I’m glad the worker I interacted with was nice. I know another fastfood restaurant was busy too.

My experience was not a good one! I had my six year old son with me, and the amount of swearing was totally uncalled for! The manager on duty wasn't very pleasant, and we waited for quite awhile for our food. Our food was not very good, fries were cold, and rubbery. The swearing is what got to me the most!!! Customers in the dining room should not have to hear your employees swearing!!! Very unprofessional!!!

Service is a little slow. But, overall not bad. Arby's is always a good choice for your meat cravings..

I have been to this location a few times and it's hit or miss.Sometimes it's fine with product well put together and reasonably friendly people.Also I have had very poor visits to this location in which the sandwich was horrible and quiet obviously done by someone who just didn't want to do a good job.Myself I prefer the location on Cleveland Ave.
