This review applies to all Auntie Anne's. Their product is no longer edible but they think we're all willing to pay the price of an entree for a snack. The pretzels no longer resemble pretzels in texture or taste. I won't even go on. It all disgusting and the prices are unreal. The squirrels at my house had a treat - wait let me check if they ate them!

I would give a zero if I could. I would never eat there again. The pretzel dogs are always burnt and so hard. Not to mention the manager there is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. She is so rude and yells at her employees. Disgrace that Auntie Anne's employ this kind of people

'Not good' is an understatement. It was straight up AWFUL. The past 2 times I've come here it's been awful. The rudest customer service. Theres a women named Britney and she's so rude. The pretzels are either burnt or under cooked and gooey. Complete waste of money, wish I could get a full refund but I don't even want to deal with the workers again. Don't waste your time and money. This pretzel joint went downhill.

At the mall today with my daughter, we were waiting in line to order because we both really wanted this for lunch. While waiting the manager was screaming at her employee. Literally screaming. She told the employee she was awful. She asked her repeatedly if she could hear her the employee said yes and said why are you screaming at me in front of customers. She said because you are no good and you clearly can’t hear and you didn’t answer me. The young coworker walked away and the manager screamed from the register that of you leave you are definitely fired because I’m sick of you. A line of customers and the manager never stopped. The young coworker never yelled and barely spoke back. She did say she was going to let someone know about this to which the manager said you won’t because when he gets here at 2:00 pm you are leaving and you will no longer work here. My daughter and I were in shock. People were staring as they walked past. It was our turn at the register and the manager was still shouting to the girl in the back but none of this was work related nor was it appropriate. She asked what we wanted and I turned to my daughter and asked what she would like and she said nothing from here and the manager asked what I wanted and I said I’m sorry I can’t give money to a place that treats their employees this way. I don’t know what the girl did but I do know that the manager was way more than inappropriate. When I said that she said well okay then have a great day. There was a girl standing at the counter getting a straw and the manager looked at her and said “hey do you and your daughter want a job?” The girl hastily replied “I am the daughter…” my daughter and I walked away so we are not sure how that conversation went but my child said I am going in to work and thanking my boss for never treating us like that. It was truly awful. That location will never see a dime of my money as long as that manager is there. There was no excuse for the behavior that went on at this location today. I am still in shock at the amount of people who still ordered food with the manager berating an employee the entire time but I’m glad we didn’t and I’m glad we waited in line to be someone that called the manager out on her awful behavior.

Absolutely the best pretzels at an affordable price. Just wish they had their jalapeno ones at this location.

I went to this location at 5pm, after picking up some chickfila I was wanting a pretzel. So, I go to the counter and the girl working their got noticeably irritated that I wanted a pretzel. It was like a scene from the exorcise, she starts mumbling to her self about how all the customers do is waste her time, etc. She did this incoherent mumbling about how "these customers... blah blah blah". (she might have been slow but that's okay). So, I asked her if she was okay, I was genuinely concerned about her health. After she snarled at my response, i politely excused myself and walked away and didnt buy anything.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I simply walked up and asked when they would be open an hour after they were suppose to and the employee responded "when the lights are on and this is full" in a snarky tone. I understand things happen and sometimes you have open later, but to take attitude with a customer who is simply asking a question, that's just ridiculous. I can't believe they hire these types of people and the mall continues to let them keep their spot after all the horrible reviews I have read. Will never be giving them my time, service, or money ever again.

Ordered on the mobile app. I arrived early and informed employees I was early and it was okay if my order was not ready. That I would wait. Girl behind the counter said she never received the order and asked if I sent it to the right location. I pulled out my phone and showed her the recipient to which she rudely replies "if it didn't come through, there's nothing I can do." Seems a little unprofessional to tell a customer that already paid for food there is nothing you can do instead of finding a solution. Any how, I eventually did recieve my order and thanked the employee for her service. She did not say thank you and gave me a dirty look instead. Somebody needs to teach these girls customer service. I will not return.

My son and I were approaching the counter around 535pm Sunday 1/23/22. Before we could get there two young men cut us in the line, calling out to “Lupe.” One said “Lupe we’re hungry, what’a up with our food.” Lupe looked at me and my son and said “We’re closed” so we went across to the cookie counter and bought cookies. As my son was getting his cookies, I turned around to see Lupe talking with at least 4 people who had gathered at her counter, and the two young men had food. Telling a potential customer you’re closed when you stay open for others is not professional and shows poor oversight. Someone needs to review the policy with Lupe or have the same rules for everyone.

The manager of this store as well as several of the employees there are extremely rude! They act like they are doing people a favor by even being there! Really wish there was an alternate location with different management in town!
