Our food came out piecemeal. The waitress was friendly and retrieved all we requested but seemed a bit scatter-brained. There had been a large party seated next to use that left shortly after we were seated , the dirty dishes sat there for quite a while before someone cleaned up. The restaurant did not seem overly busy.

Did a door dash tonight the Mac and cheese was missing and the butter had hair in it . Very disappointed about that. I told door dash about the missing Mac and cheese and I want my money back but it’s the employees that need to make sure the orders are correct and complete for the delivery or a pickup. I worked for bob Evans in 2023 as a cook and I made sure things were correct and my customer were happy about it. So next time just make sure my order is complete and correct.and missing the icing for the cinnabiscuits

The service was HORRIBLE!! It took them 10 minutes to take our drink order. When she did, she had the personality of a wet sock. Our food came quickly but really wasn’t spectacular. Then, about 2 minutes after bringing us our food, our waitress came back with our bill and said “I’m going to drop this off now so that I don’t have to come back and check on you.” Hahaha!!! WHAT??!! My husband and I looked at each other like “did she REALLY just say that?” Needless to say, NO TIP for her! Sorry, Gen Z’er, didn’t you read your training manual??? Checking to see if your customers need anything, to refill coffee cups, TO MAKE DINING AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT A PLEASURABLE experience is your JOB! You’re in for a RUDE awakening if you think you are going to get through life with THAT ATTITUDE.I don’t recommend going to this Bob Evan’s. They must be hiring from the shallow end of the job candidate pool.

Our server Heather was amazing. Within a couple minutes of sitting down we had our drinks and ordered. Our food was delicious and Heather kept check on us constantly. We did not have to wait on anything. Best service we have had. Thanks Heather and staff for an enjoyable lunch.
The food is good, but it's not the same as I remember. I wasn't a big fan of the steak, nor was it fan of a big biscuit bowl for eggs. I think they're good at the basics, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, sausage gravy, etc. Their biscuits and rolls are great!

Ordered western omelet and a chicken sandwich. Cook lacks just about every basic skill needed. I refused the omelet and sent it back and requested that the cook rethink his line of work. Don't waste your hard earned money at this particular location.

My server was awesome, he was busy doing carry out orders! My chicken on my salad was cold & hard. I used the plastic fork and it broke on my first bite. I think the chicken was cooked ahead of time. There were waitresses standing around, not helping the male server do carry out. No teamwork!!
