I applied to work at this restaurant as a dishwasher, they scheduled an interview with me for 10pm, I show up and the general manager (Bryan) proceeded to tell me he had no interviews for 10pm ,and didn’t even care to check. honestly stop wasting people’s time.

I ordered online the breakfast with sausage,bacon,eggs, shredded potatoes and pancakes. My food was Luke warm bacon was not crisp, the sausage was barely done and the shredded potatoes wasn't cook all the way.

Slow service, tiny portions, missing items. Server never returned so we could ask for refills or about the missing items.Terrible experience and we will not be coming back. Compared to other locations, this one is truly subpar.

Ordered my food with my coworkers today. My chicken was barely cooked at all, it was completely slimy inside. My coworker was so upset that my lunch was ruined that she called and they said they would reimburse me for my meal. Then when she went to get my refund they said sorry, can’t do it corporate has to approve. I have been getting lunch here often for 8 years. I won’t be goi go back though.

I love a few of the servers here who do a wonderful job. The morning manager has much improved his customer service since I first started frequenting this restaurant 10 years ago. Always check tour orders when doing a ToGo as everyone is human and is capable of making mistakes (even you). I used to serve for 16+ years, which makes me want to have great service and "on point" service at that. There are very few servers that I find who do an "on point" job, but the morning servers here get my 50%+ tip most visits.Vegetarian options: Didn't browse too heavily for theseDietary restrictions: Didn't browse too heavily for thisParking: If it is really busy, you may find it difficult to park. However, the parking wraps around the building, and most people forget that a building normally will have 4 sides to it, so just drive around, and you will get a spot.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the options here, but splitting an adult meal between your kids may give you more bang for your buck. Then you can spend some money on that dessert making you the "best parents ever!"Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, on the ToGo pickup side as well as directly at the front door.
