My parents and I have been coming since opening day last year. We love the ice cream and love the option of so many flavors. However, we have become more and more disappointed over the last few months. I think it is great you send out coupons as we cannot afford to come as often as we would like. But, when we first tried to use the BOGO waffle cone I asked for no waffle cones; just the ice cream in cups. I was told I had to take the cone on the side. Why? My sister and I went today for the first time IT WAS AWESOME she got sea salt caramel and I got southern banana pudding we there around 1:15 and the young lady that waited on us was so friendly you now have 2 regular customers thank you

We visited yesterday, and it was an excellent experience. Delicious ice cream, friendly (and smiling) service, employees were cleaning glass, countertops, and trash cans (rarely notice things like this these days).......need I say more?? GO; you will love it. Also, we thought their prices were just right for the premium quality and large servings.
