95% of the time the employees are rude! I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this Burger King. Last week I ordered breakfast and they forgot one out of the two breakfast sandwiches that I ordered and by the time I got home and noticed and drove back up there to get my other one All of my food was cold. I had this food for about 40 minutes total and they asked for the bag back before they even would give me the sandwich. They owed me along with my fresh food very disgusting if you ask me and I also know that they aren’t suppose to take food back after given to the customer! Just found a hair in The new cotton candy cloud drink that I was excited to try but I guess it was a problem that she had to get me a new one because I didn’t want one with somebody’s hair in it. & the girl that handed it to me had short hair but the other lady said I’m just trying to figure out whos hair it is cuz she doesn’t have any, not sure if she was getting at it being mine or what but they could all work on their attitudes. I should want to come back, not go to another location ??♀️.

The food really impressed me. The two whopper jrs looked like they were from the tv commercials. Everything was very fresh, crisp and hot. Fries were very fresh. Ice coffee was amazing!!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!
Tried to get a shake and an app thru DoorDash. Of course their “shake machine was down” and could only give me a drink even though I wanted a Hershey pie instead and they insisted they couldn’t do that not sure why when it’s less than the shake I ordered?
we stopped at the Cleveland Ave NW store for breakfast today. Trevor, the cashier was AWESOME!! He not only got our order quickly but was also literally RUNNING to take orders to the drive through. He was so efficient and polite. I haven't had such great service at any fast food place in a long time. Thank you Trevor, for making my day!

The workers there a super friendly and very energetic even gave my service animal a dog bone but unfortunately my fries were well past their expiration date and my burger which was the bacon King barely had any bacon at all sad day for Burger King ? maybe next

I love their onion rings and zesty sauce if I have to choose a quick place to eat. And there new Fanta Freezes are amazing especially on a hot summer day for only a $1 you can't beat it especially when McDonald's is charging $2 for the same thing! And their Rodeo burger are my finance and my favorite cheaper priced burger deal..and lastly their Hershey pies are super yummy ??
