Apparently a lot of ppl has a bad experience here in the past but recently I've grabbed a steak and cheese with no tomato and no mushroom two times and both times it was very good and very hot, with plenty of steak.One small bit of feedback I can give is that you shouldn't be upselling twice. If you want to offer fries or a drink just do it once. I declined the fries saying "just the sandwich today" and got offered a drink.Overall it seems like this place might be back on track so I'd say give em a shot.

The food was fine, didn’t know they charged me for large drinks ($10.50 + tax for three drinks) until I got my receipt, tried to give the cups back and ask for smaller drinks and the manager came up front and started arguing with me and said he could not refund any money and I should of asked for smaller drinks. Instead of trying to make the situation right, all he wanted to do was argue. I won’t be back to that location.

Absolutely rudest staff I have ever encountered. Zareah was horrible. We pointed out that we were overcharged and she blamed us for not telling her when she rung us up. Threw the change at my mother. AND the order was wrong!! She retaliated by dumping a mound of salt on the fries so we couldn’t eat them. I’m absolutely disgusted.

The Manager working (Jim) was awesome! I had placed an online order and had ordered a shake but their machine was down. Jim was beyond kind and apologized. He recommended one of the fruit lemonades and it was so good! My food was very fresh and I truly couldn’t be upset because of Jim’s customer service. I will be back!

I went through the drive thru this evening and the experience started with being asked to wait a moment to order. Normally that's not an issue, but in this instance, I waited 12 minutes at the drive thru speaker before I could order. There was only 1 car in front of me. The gentleman was pleasant who took my order. I ordered a Reg bacon 3 cheesesteak and a Lrg Regular cheesesteak as well as a Lrg order of fries. It was 24$. That seems a bit ridiculous if you ask me. 2 subs and a fry for 24$! But that wasn't the biggest issue. I also waited nearly 10 min for my food at the window. So I was in that drive thru for almost a half hour. When I got home, I opened the subs and they were both the same size. So I paid for a Lrg Regular Cheesesteak and I got a regular size. So not only was it expensive, I didn't even get what I paid for. The food was pretty good. The bread was a little soggy. I also ordered cheese sauce and paid for that to go with the fries and there was enough cheese sauce for about a third of the fries. I can't recommend this place to eat.

Service was pretty quick, considering it's cooked on the spot. Bacon and cheese fries were good. My big upset was how flavorless the meat of the sandwich really only could notice the vegetables.
So so sick to stay that I try this please and did not even eat it when I saw someone started to cook not washing there hands after the bathroom and after taking out the trash no eat here.

My self and my staff same here and see something what I wish I would never ever saw. A older man talking sexual to a 16 year old. and the 16 year old did not even wanted. He was even rude to her as well. this is sick and this place should take a deep look on who everything now lets fast forward to the last pass sat. that would be7/29/2023 I went in to here to talk to a managerment about what I hear and saw. and I seen one one person in a black dress pull over shirt try to talk to another person about this this other indvisal is tall, short hair and white. this person dismisses this other person. like it never happen I even Heard that person told the other person who was trying to get the girl some help that let pertain that this never happen. well you have now been on notice and to that person who try to do the right thing good job standing up to something that someone told you befor something happens. to the other person you should not ever have a job in this type of work.

As an old manager there I was give the opportunity to change some of the most wonderful teen's life. One Teen comes to me one morning and start talking to be by that time the gm comes in she told me how she doesn't feel comfortable with another employee when I was asking her questions is when I found out he was making sexual remarks to this teenager when I brought this up to the gm, he refuses to even knowledge this info. like it never happened because they are friends or whatever they are together that was on sat. today being sick and i called him and he is telling me i did not he removed me from the scheal. Here is my though please don't eat at this charleys this is not the only Resion I am telling you this no one there wash there hands after they smoke, use the bathroom clean tables and or even taking out the trash. so yes they are even giving you food poison and they think it is funny in tell one of you get sick.

First the lady tried to up sell me on my sandwich. I ordered a small and she said for 2 dollar for regular. Actually it's $2.50 and I ordered a small for a reason. Second I waited literally 20min in line which wouldn't be a big deal if my food was fresh. I even asked two of the ladies if my food was gonna be fresh and both said yes. Chicken was on the cold side and same with the moss sticks. They keep messing up so I'll just stay away from them for now on.

Tried the boneless wings today. Bother the Korea BBQ and the Teriyaki were good. Fries are just frozen nothing remarkable. Friendle, fast service. I bought 10 wings so I could have some for dinner.
