I have never been to a chipotle in my life that everytime you arrive they are out of the main ingredients. Out of rice, out of chicken, out of guacamole, out of CHIPS?! I imagine chips have to be a top seller. And this time was the worst didn’t even notify me until after you start preparing my order. I can no longer come to this chipotle and I’m unsure how anyone else does. Not to mention the worker was out of an ingredient on the line, instead of refilling it she just went and grabbed a small handful of it and put on my food. I get not wanting to fill items before you close but 2 hours before close is a little steep! Get it together Washington square chipotle. Way to kill a chipotle craving makes you wanna just take your business elsewhere! And not to mention I spend at least 50$ everytime I come through!

Is anyone else wondering why Chipotle would extend their hours just to be out of most staple items for your bowl at 7:45?We also work in hospitality, so when you get Chipotle once a week, I was pretty pumped when they extended their hours.But this location is an absolute waste of your time. They are out of something EVERY DAY. Once in a while things happen, your run out, maybe you can’t get the product, maybe the day was insanely busy….it’s okay things happen.Not as this location. Last night we walk in 7:45….just so you know we are out of white rice and pico. HOW. Make more rice, it’s insulting more than anything. Last time we walked in…just so you know we are out of chicken, corn salsa, cheese. The time before that…just so you know we are out of 5 different things and then they laugh….So done trying to get food from here. Don’t waste your time drive to a different location.

This chipotle gives half portions compared to all others in this area. Pitiful amount of ingredients in Burritos when the same order at other locations requires double wrapping. Gave half a portion of queso with this chips as well.

Worst chipotle but unfortunately it's the only one close So I leave a terrible review hoping they get better?. There's just always an issue with this place. If it's not one thing its another. Today they just didn't season the carne asada at all It tasted like dry burnt cat food, The The portions were small And when I got to the pickup window nobody came to the window for 10 minutes I just sat there and watched them make 10 bowls even though my bowl was done long before I got there. And of course it was cold. I tip and everything, They don't care.Parking: Parking lot is a nightmare. Probably would get double the business if they had better parking
