3/16/24 12:50pm ordered online at 12:44 online order was ready at 12:50 so fast, young man with a beard preparing my order ( I think he's the manager ) was so polite when i had a question about the level of hotness of the salsa, my wife and I like this Chipotle location we eat here at least 1 or 2 times a week ,the staff are always friendly

Fell back in love with chipotle again for the first time in quite sometime. The food is so fresh and amazing, everyone we encountered was so nice, and Susan helped us and she was just amazing.She patiently helped another employee get us rang out correctly and it was just refreshing to see her exhibit patience and friendliness.There is a chipotle location just a few blocks from our house which is always a total letdown. I will drive the extra ten minutes to get food from this location EVERYTIME.Thanks so much again, and Susan you rock!

This chipotle used to be the spot a few years ago. Now it's horrible. The workers are just so lazy and don't restock anything. 2 hours left til close and no chicken or white rice is gonna be made? Are you kidding me. WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE HIRING. It took 20 mins for this dude to make my bowl and there are 7 employees working right now. Insane actually. Whoever was working today closing shift 02/19/24 needs checked.

The service was so amazing. I was having trouble with my connection and couldn’t get my app. Usually this doesn’t matter to me but I had a gift card in there that my parents got me to buy dinner sometime. I had it added in my app but not my Apple wallet so I wasn’t able to get into my app. After raising my phone in the air and walking around outside aimlessly trying to get a connection, Hayden was inside comping my order. I’m beyond thankful and very moved. Though it’s just a Chipolte order, it just goes to show how a simple gesture really makes a difference. He also wasn’t looking for a reaction as he simply went back to work and shook it off as no big deal. This is my teammates and my favorite spot and we will continue to support you all as long as we are here.

Just got chipotle twice this week, first time on Saturday it was good. We went again on Sunday because we had a really good meal on Saturday , this time it was COMPLETE opposite. The steak was dry as a bone in my burrito , my husband’s bowl was half filled and my son got a kids meal that came with a tangerine that was rotten and had a hair on it! Disgusting! Also, why are your fountain drinks never working? Only flat coke and disgusting lemonade that tastes like swamp water! This location stinks.

I ordered on the app. My receipt on the outside of the bag was correct, however, the food was not. I can not get in touch with anyone to help me. No one answers the phone. The email with my confirmation sent me to customer service (Pepper). There were technical difficulties and it ended the discussion several times. I understand that orders get messed up, but the fact that I cannot get anyone to answer my call to remedy this problem is unacceptable!!

Last 2 visits here in a month have just been awful. Always out of ingredients or something. But no contact or anything about if they were out of ingredients or not. They just don't put them on! Don't place an order online because you will be scammed out of the amount of food you receive! Not even half filled bowls! Take your business elsewhere.

My wife is a celiac. She alsoHas issues with cross contamination that makes her ill. The crew on December 31st 2023 at 5 o'clock. Jump right in and pulled out new items that she needed so that it would not affect her from cross contamination. What a class act crew this evening.? to this crew.

I didn't even make it into the restaurant, lol. They had a sign on the door saying they were out of several key items; including cheese, rice, and meat. This was around 3pm on a Friday, I understand lunch rush, but come on.

The chipotle in North canton is the WORST (it's so convenient to go to) but I'm for real done!!! Who the F doesn't have guacamole at noon?? "Well, we won't have anymore until it's made" I said what about that ?? Oh that's for to-go orders only..The tables are always dirty, the trash is always overflowing, the fountain drinks are always flat, they're always out of food, and the bins of food are never hot.On a recent visit, after scoping out the selection I asked how they could even be profitable with such a lack of selection. The manager replied, "Sir, I can sense your hostility. We have 4 other locations in the area and would really appreciate it if you went to another store".. um excuse me!?!This location should be shut down. The fact they extended their hours to 11 blows my mind. There's no way they could have good QUALITY food till 11. They can't even have it at noon.
