Have been here twice and waited about 1-2 hours for my server to come to me and another 30 minutes for food and drinks. Half the servers were high and smelled of weed.

The atmosphere was great. Was there for the first time at a birthday party for my 17 year old sister. We were served cold appetizers, and the waitress was nice at first but then got really rude.We weren’t allowed to order and the main course never came. Then they rudely told us we needed to vacate the premises. If this is how Dave n busters handles things then I don’t think it’s worth going back

Really enjoyed this Dave and BusterOnly comparison is the NY and Rhody one, prefer this one.Feels less clustered, bigger/fancier, need to try the food. First one i see with a elevator as well (on a secpnd floor). People were also very nice. Open later then the one in Prov on a Sunday, they close at 6 while here was 12/midnight.Ample parking, freeGood location, theres a Asian Buffet on the first floor

The restaurant had great food and service, no complaints there!! Unfortunately after eating, we went t load our cards. It was only our second time here, so we were unfamiliar with the different token options and how they work. The associate, Isiah, was extremely unpleasant and even more unhelpful. He was on his phone the entire time and did not even make an attempt to help us; extremely lazy and rude. I was VERY disappointed with the service, I saw numerous employees sitting on their phones for the duration of the time. Yet, the worst part was definitely the front desk service.
This place is so slow with food, drinks, and service for reloading cards at the desk. The kiosk were not working and I couldn't reload there, so I went to the desk to reload a card, waited 35/40min. We put our name in for a table to eat lunch, we sat there for 1hr and 15 min and still didn't have food. Very slow to get drinks as well. Horrible, horrible restaurant service.
