The employees are underpaid, they need more dollars in hour than $12. They work fast with lack of support . But too much customer vs employees. They all should be paid $18-20 in hr.
The problem with Dunkin, in particular this location, is the quality of service. Orders are constantly messed up, including one incident where an employee stood there and argued with my wife that the coffee he had given her was in fact the tea she had ordered, as it she doesn't know the difference. They also tend to be quite slow, perhaps due to staffing issues. When they manage to get the order right, the food is ok, but that's pretty rare.
