We ordered pizza an hour and a half ago!!!! For delivery it says out for delivery on app then we get a message saying DoorDash!!!! Has cancelled your order and then try to call the store and get hung up repeatedly!!!!!!!!! Then we press the buttons to try to place new order and get connected to a call center that cannot help with anything!!! Ridiculous we have guests and this is very unprofessional and inappropriate!!! Will not be giving them our business ever again!!!!!! Unless you pick up from the store it is a guessing game and just awful!

STOP USING DOORDASH! Service is always terrible when DD is driving! I would much rather your actual drivers deliver. They are prompt and kind. I’m done ordering delivery if DD will be used because they’re always late and rude. Food ends up cold. Horrible.

Placed an order hour and half for delivery before closing , called up 2 times to check on it .. they said they running a lil late which is fine but 10 came called and see what’s going on cuz the pizza never came and they said we canceled it !! Will be getting hold of someone boss tomorrow so uncalled for !!

Order a large pepperoni pizza and a sub got home the pizza had no sauce the Italian sub I asked for black olives onions lettuce tomato and banana peppers on the side I live about 30 minutes away the sub has everything on it not on side and didn't have any tomatoes or lettuce so I called in the guy said he'd reimburse my money and apologize I said I don't live close I'll be in in a couple of days next time I'm up that way went in and they said they give my money back because it's the end of day and it was only 6:15 lol what a joke that they're going to give me a credit Im not taking a credit I'm not this way much and I've already know your food is trash and I'm not eating there again

Every single time I’ve ordered from here I think that it’ll be better… it isn’t. I’ve ordered from here 3 times and they always tell me 30-40 minutes & it’s well over an hour/hour and a half every time.

On two occasions the team here has gone above and beyond to help my family out:The first interaction I want to talk about is the time we ordered some breads for carry out, and when going to pick it up we accidentally left our keys in the house and locked the door without realizing it. At the time of the order the store was going to close in 30 minutes, so I gave the store a ring and the gentleman who answered helped us switched from carryout to delivery without a second thought. He also gave us well wishes when I explained the situation. I am super sorry I do not remember your name, but you a real one.The second interaction was just the icing on the cake. We placed an order towards the end of the day as we normally do, and were on the way to pick up what we ordered. Unfortunately the item was out of stock, but Kendrick (my apologizes if I spelt that incorrectly) was super kind and thoughtful when thinking of how to substitute our item and just over really pleasant to talk with once we were there. The staff there really made it right for us.With all that said, I will definitely be back.While this review is most about the hospitality we received, the excellent food they offer is nothing to miss. Its a weekly routine to purchase from this store, and I have never had an issue with any of my orders.Thank you for the amazing experience Team!

When I made my order, they didn't accurately convey the details to the specific location, resulting in an incorrect order. It's important to note that the on-site staff is excellent; my concern lies with those handling phone orders. I urge for the reinstatement of direct communication with the store locations to prevent misunderstandings and the need for refunds. I'd like to express my gratitude to Kendrick Snyber, who consistently provides exceptional and polite assistance.

I was so excited to order here for my family and we ordered their DoorDash which okay I understand. So we called the store and said hey, you know you forgot our salad. They told us to call DoorDash but they were very rude and unprofessional and the DoorDasher was very rude and unprofessional and neither of them knew what to do. So once we figured everything out, we will never ever go back to this place again. Mind you we Spent 62 dollars so it wasn't like just a $20 order ..Remember customers make your paychecks so while you're being rude and chasing them away, don't forget that. Thank you. First off the lady that helped me was rude when I walked in, I didn’t know what I wanted so I had to look at the menu, I asked for the all meat sub, her response was we don’t have that anymore so she walked away from the counter as I was looking over the little pamphlet to see what I wanted I ordered the sub and some of the howie bread, so I waited for my stuff in the lobby where there was ants crawling everywhere, at that point I really didn’t want the food because of that alone, but about 10-15 minutes later they called my name, and I left I went back to the hotel I was staying at opened the box and the sub was just thrown together and messy and nasty and the bread was dry and unflavored so mind you I will not be coming back there at all
