They forgot about my order waited for 1/2 hour then they gave me the cheapest pizza on accident and then won’t offer me a credit for what they over charged me and want me to drive 15min back. What a joke of course they don’t know corporate number. It’s not like I stop by because the food is great. The last time I went the pizza was so old and cold it was petrified. My dog couldn’t even chew it.

We ordered 12 pizzas for a birthday party the day before I had to pick them up. The gentleman that waited on me while I was there was super nice, my pizzas were done and ready for me..the place was clean. I would go back to this location again..

The customer service here is rude, the workers are unprofessional. Seems as if management does not care. I’ve gone here several times and have noticed that the workers handling the pizzas being made don’t wear gloves. I’ve worked in the fast food chain for several years and it’s mandatory that gloves are worn while handling food to avoid cross contamination. This specific location does not pay any attention to their workers wearing gloves. Bare hands while handling the dough, sauce, cheese and other toppings. That’s sickening and they’re doing it in customer eyesight without regard.

I haven't had little Ceasars in years. I loved going to their lil shop in Kmart. Anyways... I ordered a stuff crust deep dish pizza. And the dough wasn't fully cooked. I had to re-cook my damn pizza. Just so I could eat it. Their garlic parm wings were good tho. Probably won't be ordering little Ceasars again.

I had the BEST Little Caesar's pizza I have ever had, picked it up on my way to bingo. That pizza was so fresh and so hot, I had to wait to eat it. I believe there may have even been parmesan sprinkled on the top. Whatever you did, it was magic. Now I want more. I tried to phone the store yesterday, simply to pass on my compliment but whoever answered the phone asked me to hold and hadn't come back on by the time I reached my destination.A word about the jalapenos. Let me tell you, idk where the jalapenos came from - hell, maybe? - because they were beyond hot. I removed them, and my mouth was even burning from the areas where they'd been sitting on the 'sticks' portion of my order. No worries, I'll just try a different variety next time, and there WILL be a next time. :) For you people who like 'em hot - now you know.

Was on my way to an appointment and stopped to grab a Hot-N-Ready.I asked "Do you have Sausage HotNReady?"She hit the button and replied with my total. So I happily paid assuming the answer was yes. After I paid, she says "It'll be about 10 minutes".SERIOUSLY?! Had to call my new client to advise I was now running 10 mins behind.I haven't had a issue-free experience at Little Caesars yet.
