Was not that busy. We stopped in because we saw the arches. Took 20 minutes for our food after ordering. Workers seemed in bad mood and not friendly. Never stop there again. We live 25 minutes away.

We went through the drive thru for dinner today and got a bunch of items. Got home and a few were missing. Called and the manager Beth was super nice about it and apologized. My husband went back to grab the missing food and they made it right and then some. I know some people will never go back to a place that messes up their order but the way it was handled was right. Kids work there, even adults and people make mistakes and mess up. Them being polite and fixing it makes the whole difference. Too many people post only negative reviews so I wanted to share my two cents.

Food really is hit or miss. Sometimes you order something custom and it just comes as it usually comes, even though the sticker they put on the wrapping or box shows it’s a custom order.Service is always fantastic though and will fix the order, but the problem is that when you go through a drive thru and pull forward to check your food so you don’t hold up the line, you either have to go inside and get it corrected or you have to go through the drive thru again and by the time they’ve fixed your burgers, the rest of the food is cold by the time you get home. Cold fries are the worst.Location is newly renovated and looks great and is clean.
