I used to love the employees here not sure what happened but the employees here are absolutely ridiculously rude now, my daughter and her friend go there all the time and every time they go their experience is awful they are treated badly and they act ignorant yelling in the restaurant, talking badly and loudly about the customer in front of the customer this is absolutely unacceptable if they don’t like their job it’s time for a new one! I myself used to go there all the time and now I never go anymore! It needs cleaned up there.

I had the worst McChicken I've ever had in my entire life. It was like eating a frisbee.4/5/24 ar 10:05 pmThere's a guy who does nights in the drive thru on 17th and Raff who is absolutely rude and unwilling to put any effort into customer service at all. I placed an order on the app that was missing the deal I chose. The deal was get a free Big Mac when you spend at least $2.00. I ordered medium fries that were $3.69, but my free Big Mac was missing from the order. When I told him he said there was nothing he could do about it so I asked him to cancel the order so I could reorder and add the deal. He then claimed he couldn't cancel the order either. I pulled away and placed the order again. Now the screen only showed the Big Mac. When I asked about the missing fries he said I already paid and I explained that the purpose of buying the fries was the free sandwich. He finally said he could give us the Big Mac and we thanked him for making it right (so we thought).He mislead us by acting like he wasn't charging us for the sandwich, and let us leave before charging $5.69. He didn't even pretend to care or try to help to fix our order; just took it upon himself to let us leave and then charge it on my card without authorization, which I'm not sure how he did since I unlinked my card from the order.I submitted feedback on the app and was told that the owner of that location was advised and asked to follow up with me. I hope they decide to make this right. Employees' have no respect for good customer service and it seems like it comes from the top down.This used to be a decent location, but it's been going downhill since the frisbee McChicken. Service is extremely slow, food isn't consistent, and now the bad attitude. I wish it wasn't the location between work and home because my son likes McDonald's and it's the most convenient location after work.

I ordered food online. Went thru the drive thru they took forever and they were rude. There was absolutely no one else in front of me at the speaker. I pulled around to the 2nd window and waited for a while for someone to help me. There was one vehicle in the waiting spot. I ordered 2 things. A big Mac no pickle no onion and nuggets. I got my food. I started to pull away and checked my order and it was covered in onion so I pulled into the waiting spot the guy was bringing the other order out he asked what was wrong. I told him then went inside. I was in there for 16 mins for a single big Mac. After I asked the cashier she walked away from me and very rudely said they're working on it. Then eventually someone else brought me the big Mac I took it and didn't say anything but it was clear I was angry. She said don't take it out on me I said well do better. No one said sorry no one spoke to me NOTHING. My nuggets were now on the car for almost 20 mins. I get out to the car and pulled away then thought let me check this and it had no cheese!! I didn't go back because I was so angry. I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before. Especially over something so stupid.

Took 5 minutes to even get to the order screen, then got to be put on hold at the screen for another 2 or 3 minutes before we were able to tell them we already placed our order online. Got to the window and got pulled up, behind EVERY other car in front of us did, for hash browns (according to the guy at the window). About 8 minutes pass before the guy comes all the way outside to ask us to pull up farther...mind you it takes about 3.5 minutes max to fry up some hashbrowns. Then a girl comes out another 4 minutes later with a bag and reads the ENTIRE order, including the modifications we made to our sandwiches. We say yes 3 times that it was ours. We start to pull out as I realize that the VERY thing they said they pulled us for in the 1st place WASN'T EVEN IN THE BAG! I made him back up and I went inside and told the girl at the counter that it was ridiculous that everything was pre-ordered and repeated back to us and we still didn't get the very thing that they pulled us for in the 1st place, because they had 3 times the amount of time it even takes to cook hashbrowns to get the order correct. Her response was "I'm sorry...we're busy...". My response was that yall wouldn't be so busy of you'd stop pulling cars and just get the orders correct! I used to manage fast food successfully and I feel if the manager would pay more attention to their staff's work when they aren't there, less of this would happen!

The staff here are awful, they were vaping out the drive-thru windows and always messing around in the back. Every time you come here you get pulled up for at least 15-20 minutes or the food is undercooked. Trash service.
