McDonald's is a staple of American culture. I grew up and eating McDonald's was a treat! It tested good, and it was a rarely gotten meal. As a rushed and busy adult, I go to McDonald's expecting to relive those rewarding moments I had as a kid. Today, McDonald's is a convenient option. I don't go there because it's good for me or the taste. I go because it's quick and easy! Today, I sat waiting for my order for 18min from placing my order to getting my food. 2x filet of fish, a double cheeseburger, fries, and a sweet tea. I was asked to pull up while they got my order... I watched 11x cars leave as I sat there. The fries were half-cooked, cold, and with no salt. The fish filets have 1/4 of a piece of cheese! It's literally a strip, not a slice! My double cheeseburger had full slices, why not the filet? The sweet tea was tolerable today, not good. Again, I swear off McDonald's every time I go there. Yet, they are so convenient, that when I am in a rush I cannot seem to remember that I swore it off last time, and I regret getting every time I am in a hurry!

Ordered chicken and was told to pull up to spot #1 and they would bring it out. I waited 10 minutes and watched 20 cars go through the drive thru and I finally went in and was told they didn't know I was there. Never apologized for the wait.

We were in the drive through at 10:13 they took our order then just went quiet we pulled up to the window and there was NO ONE absolutely no one we looked around more sill no one we just left we thought they were closed and it was a recording we where about to pull out when 3 employees came out for no where.

Where to begin with this location? The morning and afternoon service is fine. I've had no issues with them as this time, it's night. Never order during nighttime, the kids they have working at night need older supervision or someone with the ability to show them how to handle food. We've had atrociously bad orders at night where the food is old, it's cold, they never fill the fry containers and they let the meat and fries sit for hours before serving it. Hamburger gets a texture frozen or not when it sits for a long time and that's spongey. The most alarming thing is they just use bottom buns to make someone's sandwich and actually serve that. I don't understand why they cannot make presentable food that they themselves would want to eat. It's like they have 0 work ethic and just do the baseline minimum. We usually get sandwhich a that have slid apart, are smashed, are just old, the meat is Luke warm and the buns are ice cold, old nuggets that are chewy, old fries. The list goes on. Recently got a sandwhich I asked to have lettuce on, let me tell you they filled up the entire box with lettuce and there were no less then 10 pickles. I just don't know anymore, honestly people need to avoid this location at night. Hire better people, and just get this under control. It's insane that the Morning/Afternoon service is wildly different from the Night crew. It ruins an otherwise ok location.

Was in the drive thru from 9:50 to 10:30 pm for a McFlurry took the guy 5 minutes to even answer after telling me to give him a second then says the machines broke when I went up was still stuck in line taking forver seeing that all three employees are just standing at the window not doing anything and when asking for a manager wouldn’t get her for us then we end up leaving to call them instead asked for the manager and she answers saying that the reason it took so long was only three people and that only one knows how to cash out then proceeds to call us all fat assets and saying it wouldn’t take so long if everyone wasn’t always coming through not the only time I’ve had terrible service from them but the oddacuty to say that especially when it’s a 17 year old girl who called them. That was ridiculous and un ethical there service is terrible I do not recommend the one on faircrest is way better than the one on Cleveland Ave

pulled into the drive thru at 10:28, lights outside are always out so i assumed they were still open. screen was on with lights, nobody said a word at the speaker so we pulled to the window. saw people walking around inside but ignored window. two people drove by and also didn’t get served. said it closed at 11 but clearly they wanted to close whenever they want. i get it if you close 30 min early but at least make it noticeable and tell us instead of ignoring. very rude. everytime i go through someone’s always rude.
