I have been all over the country and the McDonald's on harmont and Mahoney is bar far the worst. And has been for about 2 years now.Every shift sucks rude, disrespectful and don't care I think they intentionally mess up the orders and give out old fries and burgers. I just don't get how the upper management is letting this slide.Your better off going to speedway if your hungary

I didn't have a chance to get the name of the guy at the first window today is December 21st 2023 at about 1pm. I think this place could learn something from this gentleman.Tbh I wouldn't give a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the dude at the first window.
Horrible both times i have been there. Food service everything. Food was greasier than it should have been. I was sick the whole next day with the run from both ends. Never again!!

Waited and drive to For Forty Minutes. Got up to the window for I paid. Asked the lady if my food was going to be ready or if I were going to pull me. She said no, we're going to pull. You proceeded to be rude 40 minutes in the drive through then. My food still not ready and I asked. Will it better be hot and she said you you can leave Have never been treated so badly in a fast food place But you people want fifteen to sixteen dollars an hour

They never have ice cream or milk shakes anymore, I have been to 3 or 4 different locations at different times and days of the week and it's always the same they don't have the machine working.... REALLY?? It's my favorite thing and it's never available can we do something about the machines or is it staff not wanting to clean or prep the machine??? Other than that it was ok foods mostly always good sometimes it's hot sometimes it's cold...
