The Food hasn't been correct with what I specify I would like it to be. Do to certain medicines I required to take to stay alive and healthy. There are a few things I request. Like No Ketchup. Sometimes I get so much ketchup you strain to take a breath after opening the sandwich. In return I throw it away and go somewhere else. There has been 2 instances where I'll ask to not put any ketchup and the sandwich is so over cooked the beef is dehydrated to the point of its chewy.

Lately the local McDonald's have been short staffed. Lines have been long and slow. Orders have mistakes. But my most recent trip to the Faircrest McDonald's was different. The drive thru line moved quickly. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was delivered promptly and my order was correct. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. Great job, crew members!
