Ordered the Birthday cake rolled ice cream, which is supposed to come with whipped cream and gummy bears. I received none of those items and when I asked for whipped cream the employee said it was going to be a dollar extra. If you order from here make sure you get what you pay for, because I didn’t. ? edit: Hello, I came in around 2 or 3 pm yesterday.

I've been to this place several times in the last month and I always order the same thing. The interesting thing is that it seems that depending on the day you go, the price is different. So be very careful. I feel like they should put the price on the ice cream cones. Not that they charge differently depending on the movement of the mall.

I was overcharged for three items. I got two rolled ice creams and one scoop of ice cream and was charged 29 dollars for all that and the receipt was 25 dollars i am not happy for being scammed out of my money

Awful food. I ordered a Nutella crepe, which had zero Nutella in it on some under cooked dough. They use Hershey’s syrup and call it Nutella, on top of it had none of that in it either. I watched him make it and figured it was some sort of garnish but no they call that Nutella ? not worth $11.
I enjoyed eating those yum crepes and they have a must try bubble waffle soo delicious I do recommend this place to everyone

9/10 customer service the guy was very friendly also based on other reviews and the fact that they are willing to refund and try to fix peoples issues is so great since you don’t see that with many business . ?5\10 for food i got a carmel crepe and personally i was not a huge fan because the price, size and taste. since it was $10 i think it was to small for the price, cause you can get bigger fresher crepes for same price. although i think this is a small business so i’m not super upset but i wish they made it fresh and cheaper. i may have just ordered the worst flavor or maybe i didn’t order enough topppings to balance out flavors but i just did not like it compared to others i have had.anyways i feel like customer service is important so i think they deserve 7/10 and not hate to the business cause i bet their corn and other crepe flavors are good ! ?(i changed to 5 stars due to customer service since i was wrong about crepe sizes )
